      Yeah I think this is where a lot of people fool themselves into thinking juiced actors are natty; it's not that the physique itself is unattainable without PEDs, but it would take a long time of dedicated training, not just 6 months of pre-shoot lifting

        Unironically it's also better for their careers if they lift moderately and pin that lift heavy and natty.

        They need to be able to physical work for decades and having disc bulges and fricked shoulders can put a hard stop to that.

        Im 42 and have the same body as this guy, mb a with a little more defined shoulders.
        It is achievable as a natty for sure.
        I have ~17 years of gym experience but I was overweight and had pretty huge muscles for a natty.
        I lost 17 kgs in about 2 -3 months with a hardcore diet becouse I had an accident and had to stay home, now I have this kind of a body.
        Sadly my face is way uglier than this guys 🙂

    Gosling has always been fit. He just did a lot more training for this movie and has the usual pump actors do for each scene.
