The only major deviation from history is that Wyatt and Holiday had a falling out before he ended up in the sanitorium making the deathbed scene pure fiction, Doc kept calling Wyatt israelite-boy for pursuing the affair with Josephine and made Wyatt mad

It's not a real word.
Try to determine if it's a fatfinger spelling mistake.
Suddenly dawns on me.

Anyway Clint had all the best westerns all you all know it. Tombstone was great though.
No. It starts off ok, but really goes stale quickly and becomes dirty cowpokes saying 'well frick my c**t and call me god damn frickin sally'. The dialog is atrocious.
I always thought the production was good and the town felt alive. The dialog wore me out (but only from certain characters)and it really fell off in S3, id assume S4 would have had a payoff. But still worth it imo.
I watched the History Buffs video on Tombstone, and the creative liberties the movie took aren't that big. Doc Holliday killing Johnny Ringo made the movie better. 2 other inaccuracies I remember were that Johnny Ringo wasn't actually a legendary gunman, and Ike didn't shoot back after surrendering at the OK Corral.
>Doc Holliday killing Johnny Ringo made the movie better.
Not even something the movie invented, Ringo's death was a topic of heated debate even back then. Nobody will ever know what happened as none of the available explanations really make sense.
The only real problem is that the movie condenses events that took place over the course of many years into a feature film runtime. You could honestly make a whole multi-phase Cinematic Universe out of the story of the Earps and the Cowboys.
I have to wonder if either everyone back there were actually just dreadful shots, or if they were so dumbfounded by the move that nobody could react in time
I'd 100% believe this would happen, if only that fricking slow motion "NOOOOOOOoooooo" wasnt forced into the scene. Who fricking says "NOOOOooo" like that?
Red Baron cheese pizzas are based, shut up. Throw your own toppings and some extra cheese on those and you get a very decent medium pizza for like $2.50
Red Baron WAS good, up until they changed their recipe and gayged it all up. Now it tastes like shit. Pizza Rolls are preferable to Red Baron. Digiornos fricked their recipe up too for a while but they had the good sense to change it back.

I've noticed no discernable change in the basic b***h Red Barron cheese pizza.
For me its Red Baron Brick Oven style. Too bad in chicago each pizza is now like $4.50
>9th century newspapers
The 1 is cut off. It's 19th, as in the 1900s.
please be a joke
Either Norm tier humor or moronic.
>I be thy Huckleberryth
>9th century
More like "Ic ered thyne hycelberre"
Lol
Of course.
It wouldn't kill you.
It’s an obvious yes. One of the best westerns of all time.
Yes, definitely, OP.
I mean, what else would you be doing with your time?
The only major deviation from history is that Wyatt and Holiday had a falling out before he ended up in the sanitorium making the deathbed scene pure fiction, Doc kept calling Wyatt israelite-boy for pursuing the affair with Josephine and made Wyatt mad
doc was incredibly based, as if it wasn't already evident enough
It's a shame in a way that it was Wyatt who survived the longest. A lot of his contemporaries were way more interesting.
Wyatt wasn't the leader of the gang either, one of his brothers was the main guy, Wyatt was just a media darling.
It's basically capeshit from the nineties. Watch ' Deadwood' for a more authentique experience
You gonna smoke that skin wagon or just sit there and bleed out of your anus?
Deadwood just seemed like it had cheap production. Is it really worth the watch?
Writers love it for the dialogue. The production is cheap, so the overall experience is more like watching a play.
deadwood is a soistern

its overrated like the wire and also like the wire only the first season is decent
First 2 seasons are really good, the kidneystone scene makes me very thankful to have been born in the age of modern medicine
>tfw tubercolosis is on the rise for the first time in decades in the US
we're going back baby!

Name 3 better Westerns.
Tombstone is good but it's very much a "Hollywood" western. There are far better options out there.
In what way? The movie is as realistic as a single theatrical film covering the events is going to get.
realistic? It's as cinematic and melodramatic as a movie western can be.
The events themselves were larger than life, what do you want to do change the story of events to make it more mundane?
>realistic? It's as cinematic and melodramatic as a movie western can be.
I dont think you like cinema mate, go watch a documentary

That's less of an issue in the DC. But it's also really understandable after watching why it got cut for theatrical release.
You'll pretty much never get a version of the events that isn't one "told by the winners".
Its actually very well documented from both sides.
Tombstone is good entry tier Western. It's a fun movie and Val Kilmer totally steals the show. you don't have to like Westerns to enjoy it.
watch shane, the searchers or the wild bunch
all westerns suck
>t.dork
The most wild thing is that apparently this moment actually happened exactly like this in real life
Accounts from people on both sides of this gunfight line up to detail it happening as portrayed, yet its so fricking ridiculous.
I remember thinking how stupid it was to just jump out into open combat like that.
Nancy Reagan.
Wyatt Earp apparently
Reminder the DVD residuals of Tombstone paid for the production
of Beyond The Black Rainbow. Wild shit.
>Beyond The Black Rainbow
That’s an even worse film and I own it. Pretty sure you need to be high on psychedelics/hallucinogens to truly enjoy it.
I preferred Young Guns but yes, Tombstone was pretty good.
>tombstone
>isn't about pizza
Based frozen pizza enjoyer.
Frick Red Baron and Tony's.

Digiorno is only good for the stuffed crust. The rest is meh.
For me its Red Baron Brick Oven style. Too bad in chicago each pizza is now like $4.50
Yes it is ULTRA KINO
no. Watch Cherokee Kid instead
>A Martinez
Which one though?
just pick one. all the same
>Real Hard
>A Little Crazy
Wow
That poster brings a genuine smile to my face
Absolutely moronic but what a time to be alive
Tombstone is very entertaining and quite comfy
You should. Val Kilmer fricking runs away with that film. Any future portrayal of Holiday will have to ape him.
It's worth it for Doc Holliday. The rest is a mewling waste.
Kurt Russel, Powers Boothe, and Michael Biehn are great in this,
I'm in my prime.
Northerns>
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
but seriously watch this kino ya mook
You're a daisy if you do.
Honestly it's mids
