Most of those are equipment based, not actual powers and, just simple skill in the case of Hawkeye. The other dude's hard light works differently than Kamala's. Plus you're citing legacy roles for the most part or partnerships which justifies a similar tool set. Kamala' and Mr Fantastic know each other as well as two strangers on the street

D+ series dont have the budget(or man power) for convincing body morphing powers and in modern times, having an actress that just isnt a skinny twig is enough of a body image element for lazy hack writers than an actual fantastical allegory.
