No licensed music. Only soundtracks. THIS was one of Snyder’s strong points, regardless of ones feelings about his films. The Zimmer scores were immaculate and iconcic.
Do this for every character. Actual soundtracks.
Set them in their fictional cities. Make each one distinct both with CGI altered architecture, color hues and weather. Make them so distinct you do not need to put crawl text for the location.
Do not take any input from Geoff johns, Jim Lee, any currently active creator, Michael uslan or anyone who’s made a big 2 cape film in the last 20 years.
Comics wise things cannot become better unless Jon Kent is de-aged and Lois and Clark accept that they were horrible parents and go through steps to be better.

Again, Superman and Batman always in trunks. Emulate what waid is doing in Worlds Finest. Traditional simple meat and potatoes capes. No socio political shit flinging, not bait, no racial swaps, all the focus on comic book plots and fictional worlds not real world politicking.
Bring back house style for ongoings. These characters need to have a firm visual identity. Leave the alternative stuff to minis and OGNs. There is no reason to be hiring whiny lazy artists who can’t even draw on model.

Honestly, the best gameplan imo is for writers/artists to make their own DC comics with legally-safe pastiche characters. Basically pull a Fiffe's Copra, Geoff Johns repurposing his own DC imprint plans into Mad Ghost, etc.
I'd aim towards specially the characters that weren't originally DC characters, but were later down the line bought by the company - I mean the Fawcett characters & Charlton, Quality Comics.
The first itenerations of all those characters weren't properly copyrighted and fell into the public domain decades ago. The only thing they've retained were the trademarks.
The issue with DC is that outside of Waid and whenever King writes a new graphic novel. We are stuck with the same 3 writers who are doing everything. They just don't have a budget anymore to do huge relaunches like Rebirth.

As long as they don't stop printing old comics I'm fine with them
