It was a Shaggy and Scooby spin-off where Shaggy's dad (who i think was dead or something like that) had made special Scooby Snacks that gave superpowers to whoever ate them, was weird but could be fun at times, not a traditional Scooby Doo series.
Mystery Inc Velma sucked and is unironically the main reason Velma's Velma was made the way it was, and it doesn't surprise me that normalgays haven't woken up to that cause they'll consume any slop with a nice coat of paint.

The show built itself upon sarcastic sassy Velma being the unsung hero of Mystery Inc but none of that is her character.

Fred is also weird. He has no personality at all, just bland and uncool despite his looks. These characters need major retooling. They're both terrible, so terrible nobody even wants to see Fred/Velma frick.
