You have to shed any and all expectations 1 has given you and realize you're watching an anthology that's completely different. Vince and Farrell have chemistry even better than Rust and Marty which is quite impressive. The other two detectives may be a grind to watch but they'll surprise you.
The anthology aspect of it is what I think will help me plug in to the next season. I'm almost positive I'll love 2 and maybe even 3. So here's hoping.
