The latest season makes me really sad, I used to love this show.
The new season is so depressing they all look like they’ve got weeks left to live

Season 9 was fricking awful. The second half was better than the first but overall still the worst season.
Season 10 was okay. It had its moments and while it was still much better than 9 it was much worse than any of the first 8.
Season 11 was so meh I stopped watching.
Not interested in season 12.

Don't even get me started on how godawful black and white silent movies are too, actually a waste of time to watch.
If your cast is geriatric israelites on death's doorstep then filming them in HD probably isn't a great idea.

it's not just that, it's also the fps. the earlier seasons had higher fps and it made it look "real", same thing happened with Doctor Who

yeah the show looks way too good now, I hate it. Also I used to be able to relate somewhat to these rich israelite problems, but not anymore. It just all seems so ridiculous now and forced now. I also do not enjoy Freddy Funkhaoser.
Freddy and Leon are only there because they're not crippled by the aging process like the rest of the cast.
