It'd probably get Velma'd by the people it pandered to. The creator is a white Gen X dude.
It was a scam meant to dredge up outrage.
Y'know. That's the intriguing part of this. No one knows what went down. I've heard the theory being money laundering, taking a government grant, or something along those lines.
Some of the cast were at least somewhat established if you check IMDB
You can find random interviews and even con appearances lying around. If it was a scam, it was definitely some kind of investor or grant related one.
"Worse" implies it didn't do exactly what he was clearly trying for as
The creator was a well-known scam artist who'd actually been something of a reactionary before this (Jokes about feminists and women drivers, defending white nationalists), and lots of people wanted to nip it in the bud from across the political spectrum.
Ironically, the trans voice actress ended up making peace with Kiwi Farms.

This is how these things work. It's likely about putting enough work into the project and marketing then embezzling whatever money he had left from whatever grant he got. Usually when these happen, the crew is left in the dark up until the person makes their move to run off with the money
In that regard, I still think that's a horrible outcome. (Mainly because the rest of the crewtive team got screwed over.)

This thing infamously happened with the 94 FF and a lot of movies and pilots we consider "lost media" now. It's not like the Warner stuff where it's suddenly cancelled, the plan was literally always to cancel
Anon someone literally already posted Paranormal Park this thread and nobody gives a frick about that show.
The only people that talk about that show are people that want to get angry or get others angry.
The 'modern' audience doesn't actually exist, anon. That's why so many things geared towards it ends up flopping when the OG audience realizes that it's not for them anymore.

>Really though, how did Gen Zed work well as outrage bait at the time. >"Is that a troony, black, asian, and a criminal white guy in a cartoon?!"
That's how. That all it takes. That's how it's been for over a decade.
It's vaporware at this point. Even if it released say this year it's too little to late. No one is going to watch it besides hatewatchers and miserable apologists. Normies got tired of the browbeating over the past decade and moved on.

It's weird, because people would unironically love this show if it came out today.

Holy shit, so it's WORSE than Millennial writing?

So it's... vapormation? Surreal as frick, bro.
It was just an unsuccessful pitch
Yeah, no.
Not even if it had a bean face style?

I vaguely heard about it, and it seems forgettable.

Sounds like Clone High's downfall.
It was a scam and even the VAs of the fake "trailer" admitted it.
People are way more cynical now and would see this shit as garbage pandering.
The VAs were in on it? That's hilarious!
Actually it was meant dredge up funding.
Judging from the trailer alone, there was probably never any funding to begin with.
Feels like such a simpler time
It died at birth, happens all the time look at pibby.
>"Is that a troony, black, asian, and a criminal white guy in a cartoon?!"
>"This is so fricking outrageous!"
>meanwhile cartoons today
Really though, how did Gen Zed work well as outrage bait at the time. What was it?
Oh that’s easy see people weren’t scared of offending trans people and didn’t dick ride them back then.
Gen Zed was being pitched a year after Gamergate started, so there's also that.
Because it made a bunch of audacious claims and quirky humor along with being very blatant about being outrage bait.
No, it wouldn't.
That's admirable, because I don't often hear of trans people making peace with KF.

They lied about the party having doritos
They couldn't afford Doritos, so they ate Better Made chips instead.
>Better Made
I assume they also drink Faygo? That would make them trolls.
Cry more, you're still never going to be allowed to be part of Wisconsin.
Imagine if Vivziepop got ahold of this project...
It would be far worse.
You could just run a long ass beep over the whole dialogue
Remember when the creators of that "show" created twitter accounts for the characters and used it to mock people killed in a mass shooting?
It's a bait show, so it checks out.
i got bad news!!! we're all out of doritos!!
kek, munchies
Gen Zed being a stoner comedy WOULD make it watchable, at the very least.
Have the creators been involved in any more scams since Gen Zed?
