drug use tends to lead to addiction, and addicts are hell for everybody around them since their lives revolve entirely around their substance abuse. This extends to them stealing from friends, family, the community. The reason people focus on drug dealers and users is because their effects are tangible to everyday people. nobody gives a flying frick about shitskins in foreign countries getting droned because it doesn’t affect them.
