Old Man Logan is canon to his own universe. It has nothing to do with any other X-Men movie and the Wolverine in Deadpool 3 isn't the same one as Logan, so this X-23 will be a different one as well.
X-23 is one of the few young female replacements I'm fine with. I'll admit I didn't watch the hawk eye show or the miss marvel show, or the Loki show, or secret invasion show. So I'm not up to date with the newest marvel additions.

Pretty sure the explanation is that it isn’t even natural. She naturally had 3 claws in her hands like Logan but as part of the experiment they removed the middle one from her hands, added it to each foot to see if it made improved combat
