Low income school Kindergartener can range from totally pure angels to already sociopaths in the making. I've seen Kindergarten classes where students would actually maul and curb stomp other kids and would fight and bite adults if you try to restrain them. I've once had a Kindergarnter with intense anger issues throw a chair at me.

Sorry to hear that man. I doubt the thread'll be around long enough for you to respond, but how often would that behavior occur, and have their parents tried to shift the blame on you and your associates whenever they've been informed about their child's or children's less than palpable social intelligence?
In my experience 75% of the time when the child is that severly problematic they have parents or families that just do not give shit. They'll get called so often they refuse to respond, rarely ever show up to any meetings and when you do meet them they just don't react to any of the news you tell them and just generally seem dead in the eyes. The other 25% are parents of students with severe ASD that aren't insured to have an RBT or the student needs to be in a specialized school but the parent is in denial of their child's disability.
Though even then most of the severe ASD kids (I had a student once who would preform self harm by either self stabbing or bashing their heads on the wall) are not even half as bad or dangerous as kids who are clearly traumatized by negligent or abusive parents who seemingly don't even care if their child lives or dies and act out in the most intense ways possible.
Did their medical records show if those 25% of kids had some form of prenatal brain damage, possibly by malformations or one or both parents mistakenly following some health advice from the misinformed (or at worst their mothers partaking in substance abuse at any point in their lives)? Would a good chunk of those parents prefer to not be viewed as something akin to genetic defectives or failures to their bloodline rather than try to accommodate their children's disabilities? For the former percentage, it sounds as if those kids were conceived when their parents were still in high school (who may or may not resent their kid's very existence) or past the age of 35, or their parents (single mothers if applicable) came from a background (cultural if applicable) that didn't prioritize the enrichment of values, morals, and basic emotional control. Most likely their parents didn't overcome their childhood abuse (if applicable) and/or massive flaws that their parents overlooked or outright ignored and made their child(ren) into emotional sponges. Would the parents who come to the meetings even look at their kid?
People don't always find themsleves untill like 22 or something, and you refind yourself at like 28 or 30 or something.
I don't really remember much before i was like 13 years old.
Completely pointless years of life, basically just have to grow your body, and learn some basic words, numbers and junk about science, history/world and more.
I like how we give meaning to pointless stuff >marvel : here's another black lesbian
Oh boy...*sigh...
My question is why the frick is he a tuatara? No one privately keeps those. No class in the history of earth has had a pet tuatara. Why not just make him an iguana or something?
I did watch this movie not as bad as i thought
>Netflix
>Adam Sandler
Is it though
I did not watch the movie, it is shit
If you'd have told me this came from an AIslop thread, I would have believed you.
Yeah, I also had that thought. The designs look really generic.
I really like the orchestral rendition of 'beautiful dreamer' from the first trailer, does it appear in any part of the movie?
Does it have Eric Roberts
>Adam Sandler movie
Into the trash it goes.
It's a solid 7.5. Would have been much higher if not for the UNBELIEVABLY forgettable musical numbers.
Still fun though.
Why did they portray the kindergarten kids as feral morons?
Have you never dealt with kindergartners?

The human bite is surpisingly dangerous.

Shit, I just transferred from an inner-city middle school to an inner-city elementary school, guess I'm fricked
How can it be anything like A Talking Cat and not make you want to have a nice day?
Does Sandler at least do a voice or does it just sound like Lizard Adam Sandler?
He does a voice
good. might check it out then.
It's decent and has a good moral. You can skip the songs though
If you skip the songs you might skip over the bits where they say frick it and don’t follow through with the song or ignore it. It’s half the fun.
NTA but none is either catchy to sing along or at least hum to. They are rather bland.
This seems cute and harmless enough but holy frick I cannot stand Sandler's voice.
It really, really didn't need to be a pseudo-musical.
That was a really great movie. I can't wait for Cinemaphile to never talk about it.
Yeah, like the aussie one from last year.
>these kindergarteners
It was funny then and it's funny now.
>Lord of the Flies, Preschool Edition
The substitute teacher is the best fun antagonist ive seen in a long while
Even she got problems Leo helped her solve, shame about her heel turn, that was nasty.
I mean she realized her bullshit by the end when confronted and made things right. She even took Leo and Squirtle with her when she got a “promotion”
Yes, the turtle helped. Glad they got along and now she teaches a class of wall-eyed hyperactive freaks.
Got to the Dont Cry song, phenomenal
turns out Leo is actually not going to to die yet
At least it was done reasonably well.
>Leo and Squirte text throughout the movie
>We'll learn the alphabet at last!
>Everyone can talk to Leo, no one figured it out on their own
And the award for the best secondary character goes to...
Having it be sentient with feelings was dumb, but by the end it was clearly in the movie that long just to be a plot device
>Squirtle
The voice acting feels like an insult to the audience. Like they know it's shit but they don't give a frick.
Reminds me of Cranky Kong from Donkey Kong show, except that old geezer could sing
What grade are the kids? 8th grade?

They are around ten so most likely 5th Grade Elementary going into 6th Grade Middle school.
My question is why the frick is he a tuatara? No one privately keeps those. No class in the history of earth has had a pet tuatara. Why not just make him an iguana or something?
Did you watch the movie?
>A israeli...lizard.
They must have known right?
A israeli lizard in Florida!
>they can live up to 137 years
Damn
