There's something in the water that convinces people that attractive 20-30 year old women actually teenagers, and that teenagers are slim-faced smooth skinned beauties as a baseline. It's kind of insane because if you've ever worked with 15-18 year olds you're forced to be subject to the fact of the matter- the ones that are hot and grown looking as teens wind up looking haggard in two years.
