Oh yeah. I fixed my icemaker this summer and now I fill half my drinks with ice. It's been a gamechanger
cool, I fixed my heat pump a couple of months ago. called a bunch of crooks who wanted to replace the whole system and charge me 5k. i said frick it. found the service manual online, troubleshooted the thing. 100$ for parts + one afternoon of my time and it's been blowing ice cold ever since.
