He also was the only on who actually liked and cared about the source material.
Tom Holland and Tobey Macguire have never read a Spider-Man comic in their lives.
you don't say? and here I was thinking that getting a boner watching TASM and then going onto suck multiple wieners meant I was straite. Jesus anon thanks for the profound revelation.
I'm going to say it: The Amazing Spider-Man 1 was not only a great movie, but the best spider-man film, and it's only hated because 2 was so bad (and some questionable aesthetic decisions in 1).
I just want to see a sequel where he meets his mary jane and finds some closure.
But objectively speaking he was a terrible spidey (being what suits thought a zoomie would look like at the time) and his movies are borderline unwatcheable.
People keep saying this shit because they grew up with Tobey's manbaby whiney face.
Peter was a loser at first, but immediately after getting powers he starts acting like a chad, he mocks and pretty much bullies Flash to his face constantly and then he goes out with Betty Brandt, who is the hottest girl in the Daily Bugle.
I hate this perception that Peter is a pussy homosexual loser because of the Raimi movies.
this, he was better spidey than tobey, and tobey's spidey was great, tobey was the best peter parker, by a large marging, holland is a mediocre spidey and barely sightly better than garfield's peter parker
I always maintained he's the best Spider-Man. Honestly even best Peter.
The Raimi films are the best overall, but they work in spite of their casting, not because of it.
>I wanted to make a superhero who teenagers could relate, who had trouble getting a date, who had acne, who was a nerd, etc... >is cool, good looking, stands up to flash all before he even gets powers
>I wanted to make a superhero who teenagers could relate, who had trouble getting a date, who had acne, who was a nerd, etc...
This isn't and has never been Peter Parker is, sorry. Losers self-inserting really ruined the perception of this character, Peter is a turbochad from the get-go.
He had the best films, pleb.
no
Your opinions are dogshit.
Actually Im factually correct.
What you have is an opinion and you are wrong.
no
He also was the only on who actually liked and cared about the source material.
Tom Holland and Tobey Macguire have never read a Spider-Man comic in their lives.
>His movies sucked but he was a great Peter/Spidey
Too many people say this.
cause its true
Yeah the opinion is too main stream for me to have.
He was the worst spidey in the best movies
Well he definitely didn’t have the best movies.
Shitty peter but good spidey
OH NO
I fricking hate him. he made me gay.
you were already gay
yeah but i could have done without getting a boner in the theatre and wondering what the frick all that was about.
>wondering what the frick all that was about
you knew
no not really. either way it was nostalgic as frick to see him in No Way Home
>nostalgic
Didn't his movies come out less than 10 years ago? Fricking zoomers
TASM came out in 2012.
So that means the sequel proves the fricking point?
gay
you don't say? and here I was thinking that getting a boner watching TASM and then going onto suck multiple wieners meant I was straite. Jesus anon thanks for the profound revelation.
>I fricking hate him. he made me gay.
hot
I want to see him going down the darker path that was implied in NWH, where he stopped pulling his punches.
idk, still think he's too hot to be a peter parker... no homo, he did have the best suit tho

He was a good Spidey but a terrible Peter Parker
People keep saying this shit because they grew up with Tobey's manbaby whiney face.

>he goes out with Betty Brandt, who is the hottest girl in the Daily Bugle.
Betty Brant and the Midtown High School.
>Peter was a loser at first
This one wasn't. He was handsome and charismatic from the start.
this, he was better spidey than tobey, and tobey's spidey was great, tobey was the best peter parker, by a large marging, holland is a mediocre spidey and barely sightly better than garfield's peter parker
>I just want to see a sequel where he meets his mary jane and finds some closure.
That would be awesome.
His movies were the greatest piece of media ever created. I have the most unique opinion with no backing folks i win
Correction. He was the best Spidey but the worst Peter.
Nah he sucked
His movies sucked because he was a complete flatline as Peter Parker and a terrible Spider-Man
I liked 1, 2 sucked
First one was kino. The one with Jamie Foxx was a shitfest.
Jew.
I'm sorry, Andrew
his films were average and better than most mcu stuff
I always maintained he's the best Spider-Man. Honestly even best Peter.
The Raimi films are the best overall, but they work in spite of their casting, not because of it.
>in spite of their casting
exactly who is more qualified than jk simmons and dafoe?
Some of the casting was top notch, yes
This. He might've not been the best Peter but close enough.
the first 30 or so minutes of TASM 1 works ok as an ultimate spider-man adaptation
>I wanted to make a superhero who teenagers could relate, who had trouble getting a date, who had acne, who was a nerd, etc...
>is cool, good looking, stands up to flash all before he even gets powers
he was the worst Peter Parker
>""good looking"" guys can't be nerds/outcasts
That's where you're wrong.
t. "good looking" oddball
>It's time to apologize to him.
NEVER
