The correctness of their claim is irrelevant if they base their argument on a movie quote.
yeah, i think most people go with tobacco companies systematically covering up tobacco's link to cancer as the reason they're evil. Your friends are idiots.
>tangential yapping >Your friends are idiots.
You should learn some manners.

Most lifetime smokers never develop lung cancer and the evidence linking the two is tenuous and comes from a small handful of studies with small sample sizes and questionbale methodologies.
you gonna die from a heart or vessels disease before even having a chance to develop cancer, and it's also not a "chance" it is 100% guaranteed, I really don't understand why cancer is the boogieman when it comes to smoking
>selling something that is found in nature? EVIL >selling experimental vaccines that change both your RNA and DNA? While sabotaging the only preliminary studies so it would not appear to have side-effects? GOOD and HECKING WHOLESOME

Tobacco is legitimately really bad for you, but nicotine is also one of the best existing cognitive enhancers, which is solidly backed up by data. Even if the tobacco industry is pretty bad, its product actually did produce some cool shit. Also, smoking is aesthetically very cool.
ahhhhhhhhh I'm super rich in one of the world's great metropolises with a hot wife and a fulfilling job where I put my talents to good use on a daily basis ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh im going insane
>Matthew Weiner was born in 1965 in Baltimore to a israeli family
The neuroticism of the show finally makes sense.
For him it obviously was. It's not like he got roped into the family business he hated. He had a talent for making shit up and inveigled his way into the business. Also whenever he's doing a pitch that he actually likes he lights up in a way that he doesn't even do while fricking women half his age.
>get to be relatively creative and absurdly well paid while seeing your creations appear in magazines, tv, and billboards
It's already better than 90% of jobs
Did Don and the rest of the guys not know that the weight loss machine they handed to peggy was going to cause orgasms. How did that go over their heads?
Don didn't give a shit because he was too wrapped up in himself. The rest were virginal losers who could only interest a woman because of their pay check.
He's seething because they "hurt little girls" by having them smoke fake cigarettes in the show as opposed to him lovingly and caringly sexually abusing little children.

would this have worked better than his freudian deathdrive bs?
I've had normie morons cite this as proof tobacco and marketing companies are evil
Well
The correctness of their claim is irrelevant if they base their argument on a movie quote.

Are they wrong?
yeah, i think most people go with tobacco companies systematically covering up tobacco's link to cancer as the reason they're evil. Your friends are idiots.

>Tobacco companies unethically paid for research to show that tobacco isn't bad for you!!
>This shot is safe and effective, the science says so!
Not that guy but do you just post basedjaks all day? Can you make a basedjak greentext of my comment as well?
That's my first basedjack of the day. What was your comment? I'll give it a shot. I only have a couple saved, so hopefully it is fitting to it

Yes how evil of them to not be transparent with the negative health effects of their product. Now take your 6th booster shot.
They may be dumb normies but at least they got the right idea.
Camel cigarettes are safe and effective according to doctors.
All that ad says is that doctors smoke Camels. Nothing about them being safe.
you're right, it is so deliciously israeli, it's almost admirable
I'd like to prove myself to her T-Zone, if you get what I mean.
Tobacco is legitimately really bad for you, but nicotine is also one of the best existing cognitive enhancers, which is solidly backed up by data. Even if the tobacco industry is pretty bad, its product actually did produce some cool shit. Also, smoking is aesthetically very cool.
It's not evil.

Is meth a moral crime?
We're speaking of tobacco, not meth. Don't change the subject

He was a deserter who was always stressed about being found out.
Did Don and the rest of the guys not know that the weight loss machine they handed to peggy was going to cause orgasms. How did that go over their heads?
making a woman cum is gay as frick up until the year 2001
Don didn't give a shit because he was too wrapped up in himself. The rest were virginal losers who could only interest a woman because of their pay check.

Can you at least answer my question?
Don't reply to the pedo schizo
is this guy a common poster here? Haven't seen him before.
Why is he seething so hard? It doesn't make any sense.
He's seething because they "hurt little girls" by having them smoke fake cigarettes in the show as opposed to him lovingly and caringly sexually abusing little children.
That's it?
How long has he been seething? Since at least jan I guess
A couple years at least
