It is not for appeals court judges to substitute their judgments on matters of fact. Unless she can successfully argue that the trial judge made a substantitive error of law at trial, or that the CPS withheld evidence, or some other administrative issue, or she can produce some compelling evidence that was not available at trial, then there are no grounds to appeal.
