It's not that women don't like seeing lady heroes, nor that men won't see a film starring women. It's that no one likes being *actually* pandered to, nor dismissed, and no one likes low effort crap either. You can't just have Harley complain about the Joker Mansplaining or whatever and expect it to be a hit.
