Pretty sure 90% of the reasoning is because of queer headcanons. (Which I'm guilty of.)
Zs werent even around to watch some of these.
I watched all of these besides Ren and Stimpy
I've watched nearly every cartoon because I either
>have no life
>have severe autism
>just wanna animate
>all of the above
Fanboy and chumchum.
It came out of nowhere and I’m glad people rediscovered cause I always thought it was a funny show. This is coming from millennial who still watches cartoons.
If the series was animated in 2d first then rebooted into 3d, the show itself would've probably aged better.
I hate shit taste which is why I love it
In zoomer lingo, you actually have "broken humor."
Moral Orel and Clone High have always had cult followings thoughbeit
Then I guess it's a newfound cult following, which is great either way.
i love ren & shitty
Gen Z was prepubescent when most of these shows developed cult status, except Ren and Stimpy which always has been. Maybe Word Girl counts, that seems more recent and I have no idea what Jimmy Two Shoes even is.
>I have no idea what Jimmy Two Shoes even is.
Imagine Spongebob, but with a few humans and monsters. (Oh, and the setting is vaguely hell-like.)
Most Zoomers caught onto it because they think any kids' show with a vaguely hellish setting is like Hazshit prostitutetel.
BTW, Heloise canonically hates singing. (Which is what makes her based.)
If you happen to give J2S a watch, you'll find out that she has a lot more nuance to her personality than you might think.
I've actually spoken to Edward Kay about Heloise, and it's confirmed that she was based off one of his crazy exes.
Perhaps I could be based enough to release an interview, but only time will tell...
If zoomzooms can finally get The Baskervilles officially released I will forgive them their stupid Black person slang.
We're entirely capable of green-lighting The Eltingville Club, so it's possible.
Someone should make a Virgin Hazben Hotel vs Chad Jimmy Two-Shoes.
I find it interesting that Drawn Together always had a following in Germany, if you look up videos on YouTube many of them will be in German
Good, I'm glad Germans have an edgy sense of humor.
It was also a prime inspiration for Panty and Stocking.
First off, your premise is moronic, these shows always had a fandom.
Secondly;
>Gen Z
I hate this term. I wish generations had real names instead of this soulless shit
Who's to say fandoms can't have generational offshoots?
>Sure, there are other fans of Drawn Together
>But I'm a ZOOMER fan of Drawn Together
Any opportunity with you gays to make yourselves feel special and different and sow pointless divisions.
Not really, I just wanted to share my own perspective on the cartoons that I enjoy.
I used to watch Drawn Together when it aired and I remember it had a pretty decent fanbase at the time. There was a consistent group that would always have the new episodes available on some video sharing website (not YouTube) which eventually turned into MEGA uploads.
I mean, an expensive show like this on Comedy Central of all places doesn't exactly get three seasons if it's not doing decently somewhere.
>episode leaks before mega
You, sir, are extremely based.
Tried showing a zoomer drawn together and they couldn't understand that jokes like that were okay at the time, they just kept saying the show was racist.
They're Chinese and it was the spisode where ling ling learns to drive
That episode was true, though, because Asians are socially acceptable minorities. (When they're deemed "smart", that is.)
