Everytime Butch Hartman made a new cartoon, it progressively worse. What are other creators that got worse throughout the years?

    Chris Savino

But that is partially due to how Loud House has become a more boring what the frick is even happening anymore kind of show now that Savino isn't head showrunner

We live in a time where any show that's says have no fear we have stories for years means you have a bad show

I can actually watch the Loud House.
      I can't watch Savino's Lab.
      Fricker OBLITERATED Dexter.
He's ironically been extremely consistent: consistently mediocre at best for 20 years.

Pixar after losing Joe Ranft, and then when John Lasseter got fired.
I think Pixar would eventually be on life support once Pete Doctor leaves.

I hope all you low-IQ forced meme-spouting monkeys just die in a fire. No comedic exaggeration either, I hope your houses burn down and the cops would need your dentals to even begin identifying you.

Not here to defend Hartman. In fact I'm not even sure it was a decline so much as he never deserved majority credit for Fairly Oddparents and Danny Phantom. But it's not like we have many people to compare him to. In the modern era, there are only a handful of showrunners given the opportunity to do multiple original shows, and I can't think of any who has equaled their first breakout success.
    Close Enough didn't catch on.
    Solar Opposites sucks.
Primal was well received, but it's not as popular as Samurai Jack, and Unicorn is seen as disappointment by most.
Wander Over Yonder and Kid Cosmic both came and went, despite garnering small fandoms.
    Disenchantment sucks.
    The Goode Family sucks.
    Midnight Gospel sucks.
Great North sucks, and I don't understand why it's still on TV.
Hirsch seems unable to get a second show off the ground.
No one has had a good encore, much less a spotless record.

There are two exceptions I can think of the top of my head when it comes to TV cartoon creators: Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack as a whole I think is generally seen as superior to Genndy's seasons of Dexter's Laboratory) and Tom Ruegger (whose most acclaimed shows he headed or created definitely weren't his first).

I did mention Genndy, and while Samurai Jack was a great show, it did get cancelled before its time, and the later conclusion divided the fandom a bit. I also don't see it as being as big as Dexter's lab, but that's just my perception.
I didn't think of Ruegger because everything he has done has been adaptations, and he's not part of the "modern" era. Most of his shows were on networks, so it's not really fair to compare him to the people working on cable, and now streaming. There's just so much content and competition out there. Plus, he's a writer more than anything.
The only person I can think of that has had two straight hits is Seth McFarlane (ironically, he's buddy buddy with Hartman). I hate it, but it is what it is.

Tiny Toon Adventures was way more popular than any of his other shows outside America. Animaniacs was a failure in Japan for instance, while TTA was a huge hit over there and had 18 video games.

Funny you mention these two in the same post since Genndy actually worked for Ruegger on Tiny Toons, but left after 1 episode.

Hartman, Tartakovsky, MacFarlane, and Groening are who come to mind for me. Although McCracken might be low-key one of those types.

The only example I can think of isn't even american. Hell, what western or eastern animators/artists did?

The better question is why do we give creators more than one show to produce? There should be a limit to this so more people have a chance to tell their stories.

Was Fairly OddParents really that good? The animation style is lazy and 99% of the jokes are running gags.

It's time to get over Zim losing, Jhonen.

Early seasons were good. Even had a bit of a comedic edge. Lots of interesting characters. Norm McDonald was a semi-regular. Gave us Dinkleberg and Doug Dimmadome memes, and a lot of child abuse both implied and literal. It wasn't spectacular, it was just consistently solid in an era where many other shows were hit and miss.

Lauren Faust. It's why I cant for the life of me understand why the horsefrickers think she would've "saved the show" if she stayed on.
