Those guys only got known because they turned into idea guys who sold rough ideas to turn it into shows, they were pretty much retired as writers when they finally got famous.
He also did that weird cowboy movie that flopped. He wrote for American dad and family guy for a little while before handing it over to the other writers.
Seth is a weird guy, I want to like him but his personality is so standoffish I dont think I could ever talk to him and have a genuine conversation.
The thing I most dislike about Seth are his sad attempts at LARPing as Frank Sinatra. You can tell how badly he wishes he had made it as a jazz/swing singer like him.

Seth has released multiple Sinatra inspired albums. I bet he curses the world for not being a young man in the 1950s and having to settle for 9/11 and the invention of Walmart.

He's not a bad singer, but would it kill him to be a little original and not be a carbon copy of his idol?
Compare to Michael Bublé, who clearly follows on Frank's footseps while also being his own thing.
Yeah. A part of the joke was the Johnny Bravo was some weird relic from the past, and so is Donny Osmond. Keep in mind a kid doesn't need to get the reference in order for it to be funny. I mean audiences haven't gotten pic related's references for generations now, but they're still funny because the caricatures themselves are funny.
I always found it weird that all of Adam West's appearances are him as someone that's incredibly serious and acting like he's Bruce Wayne but with the alias of Adam West. A joke with layers that was so popular the first time it was how his guest appearances were written since then.
That come back special with Krusty.
Luke Perry got shot out of a cannon.
Bett Midler throwing a can in to a truck and it spins out of control and explodes into the side of a mountain.
>Massive comic fan and has had comics published about him since the late 70s (with the most recent series coming out this week) >Was on The Muppet Show >Has an official song about Friday The 13th and is canonically Freddy Krueger's step-father >Interviewed by Space Ghost >Has appeared in several "kid friendly" projects like Mickey Mouse, Annoying Orange, and Bubble Guppies for his grandkids to watch
Alice Cooper is the cool grandpa of rock.
>tfw I feel like this episode was constantly played back in the day
Did they make several episodes with Don Knotts or what?
There should have been a Hanna-Barbera Don Knotts show, hell they made one about Jerry Lewis

To piggy-back off this: you ever wonder why The Three Stooges of all things got a shit-load of Hanna-Barbera stuff, like two episodes of New Scooby-Doo Movies, the Yogi Bear crossover record, and the infamous "Robotic Stooges" series? As it turned out, Moe Howard's son-in-law not only worked for H-B back in the day, but was also the head manager of the Three Stooges franchise, and brokered a deal with the studio (which he was already on the payroll of) to use his father-in-law's famous act in all these projects.
>Why the FRICK are they midgets?
All of the Stooges (save for Shemp) were all short. Moe was 5'3", Larry was 5'4", and Curly was 5'5" (but was hunched over or leaned back most of the time).
I hate those celebrity cults they tried to push, specially when they never shilled the actual talented writers who made their shows great.
>written by Butch Hartman and Seth McFarlane
I think they got shilled pretty hard, anon.
Those guys only got known because they turned into idea guys who sold rough ideas to turn it into shows, they were pretty much retired as writers when they finally got famous.
Well seth needs to start on more Orville.
Butch and Seth wrote multiple episodes for the shows they're most known for, and Seth even wrote movies like Ted and Ted 2. He also wrote the Orville.
He also did that weird cowboy movie that flopped. He wrote for American dad and family guy for a little while before handing it over to the other writers.

any episode where the guest does an original character instead of themselves
I saw the episode in the 90s I still dont know who donnie is.
Donny Osmond, from the Osmond family!
I think he was in a band with his sister or something. I seriously dont know who or why he was in bravo.
No kid did, he was a has-been from 20-30 years prior to the show. I think that was part of the joke.
Well it was a damn good one because I still to this day dont know who he is and why hes a celeb or important.

Van and Seth also came up with a very similar character that was going to be Johnny’s foil.
My favorite episodes

You have been fooled by bruce wayne
It was better when you didnt know about the context

Luke Perry got shot out of a cannon.

Luke Perry was also in Johnny Bravo
Adam as the Gray Ghost
Johnny Bravo was a proto-Family Guy.
This is still one of the best episodes of the Simpsons ever done.
Why do celebrities keep showing up to be Lisa's new best friend
because she needs braces
It’s overhated.
Alice Cooper as Goofy’s uncle Alistair Coupe de Ville in “Mickey’s Roadster Racers”.
