You don't want them to lose weight. Jeering at them doesn't help them lose weight, and if they lost weight you couldn't jeer at them any more. Probably being in (relatively) good physical shape is one of the few things you have going for you and you need someone to feel superior to. It's all a bit sad.

It's very very dry, practically all dad tier jokes or borderline anti-jokes
The pacing is better in the original 4komas

The lazy ass name of the manga is indicative of the overall quality, as "Azumanga Daioh" roughly translates to "Azuma's Manga for Daioh", Daioh being the magazine it ran in

The girls are barely characters, they're more like actors performing skits
The only one that gets any kind of arc or characterization is Sakaki, and that's at the ass end of the entire thing

Characters can be lovable without having dimension to them and I don't think I have to explain that. Also like I said, the early digital animation makes for a very comfortable and nostalgic atmosphere. I think it's a pretty good show and it can be appreciated even if you don't like all of the jokes.

Yeah but the meat has to be drained of blood in a specific way. "Normal" meat you can buy at any butcher or supermarket has also been drained of blood but the way it's done matters as well for it to be halal IIRC. Same with kosher stuff.

yeah, it has to be a clean, single cut decapitation

It's drained in the same way as any other meat animal - cut the throat and hang it upside down - except that to be halal the animal has to be alive at the time and the appropriate prayers said. The spinal cord is left intact. Very likely it's an ancient restriction against eating carrion or animals that died of sickness, given the weight of divine command. The OT also forbids the eating of blood, incidentally.

Not in this case, if you are dying of thirst then you are allowed to drink blood. The vampire of course will die without blood, but then you get the question of is a vampire already dead, and is it sinful to be a vampire and all that
I think the worse sin is associating with gay people, Islam is very blatant about that.

just straight up drinking blood i assume?

Yep drinking blood is forbidden and halal meat is drained of blood.

Being left-handed reached an absolute peak of being seen as negative in the mid 19th to mid 20th Centuries though as a result of a rapid increase in literacy making left-handed writers more clearly visible and standardization of goods typically favoring people that were right-handed. In the middle ages it was hardly seen as a factor at all.
