I've seen the film over 20 times, including twice in the theater. The film in no way portrays abortion as a positive act
when the main character, who has casual unprotected sex with multiple men gets knocked up and then goes to get an abortion without consequences. Portraying abortion as a consequence-free do-over button for women to have as much unprotected sex as they want without worrying about pregnancy is a very bad thing for society. It undermines the collective public morality and diminishes the virtue of women, who are very susceptible to public opinion and the general consensus.
