A new pill is invented which gives everyone smiles. Charlie wants to help spread the pill to everyone in town while Pim thinks its a bad idea. At first, Mr. Boss sides with Pim but eventually sides with Charlie. Ultimately, Pim finds out the new pill is just a placebo. He tells Charlie but decides to keep it a secret from everyone else as he just wants to help people be happy. Charlie had set up a camera in advance so everyone finds out anyways. The town becomes depressed and Pim tries to argue its ok because they all have jobs still.
>in the winter of 97 a massive snow storm has stranded the smiling friends at work, to keep spirits up Pim trys to get everyone to tell stories about why they wanted to work for mister boss, but as a killer stalks the friends only one man is going to get out alive.
and then we find out that it was all a team building exercise by mister boss and no one really died except the intern Jim, Pims photo negative "not" twin
Charlie takes a shit at work, but all the toilet paper is gone, so the entire episode is him trying to find a way to clean his ass.

Actually think I have an experience that I think Zach or Michael Cusack could find amusing. As a kid I had one nasty milk tooth that refused to fall off, and it got to a point where my real tooth was growing alongside dangling milk tooth, I think it actually affected its positioning even and I have a crooked tooth like an anime girl (it's not dissimilar to Yaeba).
So the basic outline could be that Charlie and Pim are hired by parents of a child that can't get rid of his milk teeth and they must help him to get it over with while reflecting on things they couldn't do as kids (like, I dunno, maybe Pim had hard time learning how to tie his shoe laces).
