Breaking Bad
The Office
Those are the only tv shows I've watched.
>BrBa
He said nosedive, not decrease in quality a little
>decrease
That's a weird way of saying peak
Oh game of thrones too
House MD
Eat shit, season 5 is kino. Killing off Rita was the best thing that could have happened. If anything, S3 was boring as frick.
3 seasons for Supernatural.
post some shows that didn't
King of the hill, south park, Frasier.
Monday Night Raw
Sopranos, Mad Men
7 season of pure kino. With season 7 arguably being the best season.
Vikings.
Ragnar dies at end of season 3.
Why isit always season 4? Pretty much every popular show thats been going for a lot of seasons always becomes shit after s4?
The four horsemen.
cant expect people to keep churning out original ideas for more than 4 years I suppose. Also a lot of time for staff changes being for the worse.
Has there ever been a show that took a dip in quality for a couple seasons then had a return to form? Maybe not 100% back as good as the old seasons, but close enough.
No, never.
For me, Boardwalk Empire. Went to shit after S2 but the final arc was kino.
Workaholics season 3(I think it was 3) was trash then it went back to being pretty good.
sopranos season 5 was garbage but 6 was kino.
sopranos kinda. season 5 is the weakest, and then both 6s are some of the best in the series.
Season 5 is the weakest, but it was still good.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Became more bad than good in seasons 5 and 6 then started a slow increase in quality afterwards. There were still duds, but most episodes were good.
Homeland's last season was pretty good.
the walking dead
however it's gone back to shit again
basically started out as a fun episodic adventure show with short concluded stories that last an episode and get resolved, then suddenly has a huge twist midway through season 1 where it starts to have a much more serious tone and they spent the rest of the season being more like other modern series with a season-long overarching story line. which kinda works out for another 2 seasons but season 4 is where it all slowly falls apart, with season 5 + 6 + 7 being unredeemably bad
>shit from the start of the S1
watched s01ep01 and never touched it again.
you really have shit taste anon..
the season 4 ending of Shameless was perfection, that ending was so fricking good I wish they had ended the show on it.
Was that the season that ended with Fiona being bailed out of jail and working in a diner?
i can't remember, but it was the season frank was basically dying, and at the end is triumphantly returns to the bottle, basically letting everyone down.
It's truly a shameless moment, in the most kino way
Suits gets really dumb few seasons in but starts of very strong
Futurama is S-tier till season 5 or so
Season 5 of Futurama is just the movies. Fox fricked with the episode orders, which means that the 2nd season has episodes from season 1 in it, and 3rd from season 2, etc.
the original run of Futurama is 4 seasons, with """season""" 5 just being 4 movies
The Shameless reboot is unwatchable. I really liked the original and I tried but it is so fricking moronic and woke and bad.
>The Shameless reboot is unwatchable.
Do you mean the US version or is there a reboot of Shameless I'm unaware about?
that version of shameless was never good and dexter easily peaked in season 1, it was just bad after that
The ending of Shameless season 4 was perfect, I kinda miss it
I still can't believe what they did on season 5. They just trashed almost all the characters. The worst part was Frank's older daughter (not Fiona, the blonde one), they ruined her beyond repair. Fifht season seriously felt like a different show.
That one, yeah. The winter mood in season 4 was excellent.
Loved how it seemed like Carl was going the same exact way as Frank in the end. I agree, should have ended there.
Dexter was never that good tbf. It was carried by good actors every now and then and even season 4 was moronic and wouldnt be remembered fondly if Lithgow didnt do good job. Season 7 was better than season 3
>Dexter was never that good tbf.
"Good"? Maybe not. Enjoyable? Absolutely. At least for season 1. I recently rewatched up to and including the end of 4. It still holds up.
Enjoyable, sure, but even season 8 is enjoyable in that it's an absolute trainwreck and you'll get good laughs watching it
I stopped watching after Doakes died, wasn't even a conscious decision just didn't watch any more after that.
I stopped watching Dexter the moment he got a blowjob from the single mother. I don't know why, but it just didn't appeal to me at all after that.
