Just got through the series and enjoyed it! Wasn't the biggest fan of the pacing and ending, but it was pretty fun overall. Very well-animated, too.

Some of the biggest waste of potential in recent times and apparently the novel went full moron later on.
The whole thing was full moron the whole time. Literally the worst /m/ show I have ever seen. Beats out WFM by lightyears. Mem-whatever is the worst person and never ever gets any consequences, meanwhile her dad can breathe in the wrong direction and be utterly destroyed and the story is just like "Yah, this is fine".

Honestly, Sakugan isn't just the WORST /m/ show i've seen. Its the worst show I've seen that wasn't trying to be a subversive parody IN GENERAL. Complete unredeemable garbage. I'm glad it did it shit.

The only reason sakugan isn't entirely forgotten already is that it came out only a few years ago. If it was like, 5-10 years old, no one would talk about it all. Frick they barely do now!

I found it to be great.
Was pretty excited for it initially, but man did it peter out fast. I guess one more on a long list of season 2 never evers, even though they set up everything they could in the last episode to seqalbait.
Aye, I was disappointed we didn't get any resolution for the Urorop stuff, and with everything about Rainbow Children only getting thrown in on the last episode.
If there was a season two, it'd be rad to see them continue down that path while Gagumber and Memempu work together with a stronger daughter-dad bond, but it sadly doesn't seem likely.
/m/ doesn't watch anything that isn't boomer bots related or hatewatching normiebait shows like Geass, NGE , 86 and Franxx.
