> "Chowder Grows Up" initially wasn't the series finale, as it was in production before the announcement of the cancelation in favor of "Destroy Build Destroy" as Cartoon Network felt the show didn't find its "older boy audience"
That's right, they cancelled Chowder in favor of live-action shit, in a channel called CARTOON Network.
can't believe Andrew W.K would kill Chowder like that
Not their fault Chowder sucked.
Wasn't Destroy-Build-Destroy the only CNReal show that didn't flop disastriously in ratings?
It was the only to show to continue into 2011 when most of the cnreal launch shows were already canned by that time
How did Inside Jimmy's butthole do?
Did anyone else watch The Bee Movie in theaters the day it released and then went home to watch the premiere of Chowder?
They killed the entire lineup of shows at the time for that shit. Not just Chowder.
Keep on avoiding Sophia Narwitz, I guarantee you, she's gonna find out all the shit you and your buddies have been doing, like spamming her journalist posts with "cringy as hell", not to mention your simping of Turning Red. You'll be ratio'd.You people literally celebrate movies like Turning Red and Luca, movies that encourage harassment and assault of people like Sophia Narwitz, and then you call me and her "psychotic schizos". How does this shit make any sense?
Are you having a stroke anon?
I think a Twitter bot got lost.
chowder was awful
Radda radda radda, radda radda. Radda radda radda radda radda radda.
>Radda
Radda radda, rad-da.
HOLY FRICKING SHIT DUDE YOU CAN'T SAY THAT ON A BLUE BOARD
was that really necessary?
>live-action shit
An episode of Destroy Build Destroy was definitely more entertaining than an episode of Chowder, so I'm not upset.
There are two things going on. One is the executive regime change that happens every few years. You get new heads in and they drop everything that isn't their idea. Two you have the successful shows, but it's a game of hot potato. You keep them running but no one wants to greenlight the season that fails. This is the case for about 90% of the shows that get renewed for a second season.
What ?
They were in the hope that Boys would like that gay purple thing cooking ?
Wow , that CN really didnt know their audience .
I miss this show, great series
I remember the show had some solid 4th wall gags that stayed funny because they rarely repeated them.
>"No Truffle!...You're not in this episode."
>Truffle suddenly vanishes in a puff of smoke
>NOW THE ANIMATORS ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DRAW ALL THIS FIRE
My favorite was the gum one where they keep tearing up the background and destroy the kitchen.
It had its moments but it lasted well enough, Greenblatt is a baby.
Didn't ThunderCats 2011 become Lego Chima?
Yeah but both failed financially
