He’s good though. As Gus Fring. The problem is that he’s being pushed so much at the moment, and is appearing in everything but the guy plays literally the same damn character in everything. He’s so ridiculously one note.
This has to be the only movie that I can unironically call painful to watch. The whole third act is so fricking dumb and idiotic and written by a toddler. Craig's era was decent for his first two then he became a meme that killed the franchise and the character. Literally.
There was a lot of stuff I liked about Skyfall. The biggest failure of that movie was to give Bond a real backstory instead of establishing Bond as a fake identity that gets passed on and the current one just as the latest orphan to be groomed into MI6 service.
I hate that theory but it's the only explanation for Craig's Bond seeing as he has the same M as Brosnan but is apparently a new 00. Also, NTTD confirms as canon Dalton and Moore's Ms and other stuff and him dying also more or less leads to that. I hate the theory if it touches the other Bonds but for Craig it's the logical conclusion. Just pretend that the real Bond went icognito after DAD and they gave some random 00 his name or just picked some guy with the same name who isn't James Bond.
