First of all it looks like a made up cartoon from another tv show that's supposed to make a joke of how moronic kids cartoons are. Also why would Flav even agree to do this? The premise is awful, the art is awful, the song lays out the premise at 150 mph, and what the frick is that thing he's voicing supposed to look like? Finally this makes me think about how much money is spent making shows like this. Complete garbage that still takes hundreds of thousands of dollars that could be spent making something better, enriching lives, ending world hunger, etc. But instead it was spent on this shit.
