Marge hires Snake Jailbird to go get Homer back but he ends up in love with Homer and the drag queen, becoming a 'throuple' with them. This new development makes Marge deeply suicidal, but she grudgingly accepts this new 'relationship' for the sake of Homer's happiness.
B-Plot: Gil Gunderson is misdiagnosed by Dr. Nick with terminal cancer, and is given less than a month to live Wacky and hilarious antics ensue.
Lisa is trying to figure out who stole her science project. She narrows it down to two suspects, Bart and Milhouse. She confronts them both, but they both deny it. Lisa is about to give up, when she finds a clue that implicates Milhouse. She confronts him again, and this time he confesses. He says that Bart made him do it, and Bart is the real thief. Lisa is shocked, but Bart denies it. Just then, Farmer #1 walks in and confesses that he actually stole it. He says he did it because he wanted to help Farmer #2 win first prize in a local cornucopia contest. Lisa forgives him.
Sneed gets an ipad.

The Simpson family is excited to take a ride on the revamped Springfield Monorail! However, just as they are about to board, they are informed by the conductor that the monorail is overbooked and can only take two of them. After some discussion, Homer and Marge decide that Lisa and Bart should take the monorail and they will wait for the next one.
Lisa and Bart enjoy their ride on the monorail, but just as they are about to pull into the station, the monorail suddenly goes off the tracks! The two of them are terrified as the monorail careens towards the edge of a cliff.
Just when it seems like they are about to crash, the monorail comes to a stop. Lisa and Bart breath a sigh of relief, but their relief is short-lived. The conductor informs them that the monorail is stuck and they will have to spend the night on the monorail!
The two of them are scared and Bart starts to blame Lisa for their predicament. However, Lisa points out that it was Bart's idea to take the monorail in the first place. The two of them begin to argue and it isn't long before they are exhausted.
Just as they are about to fall asleep, they hear a noise outside. They look out the window and see a group of people coming towards the monorail! The conductor tells them that the monorail is going to be repaired and they will be able to leave soon.
However, the people outside are not repairmen. They are a group of Italian mobsters who have come to rob the monorail! Lisa and Bart are terrified as the criminals break into the monorail. The mobsters start to threaten the passengers and demand their valuables. Lisa and Bart are able to hide from the criminals.
Just when it seems like the situation is hopeless, Lisa and Bart have an idea. They use the monorail's PA system to broadcast a message to the outside world, pleading for help. Fortunately, their plan works and the police arrive just in time. Chief Wiggum comically says that he heard about the robbery from Ralph and came as fast as he could.

The episode ends with Dr. Fink turning himself into a pickle and explaining the audience about the episode being the funniest thing he's ever seen.

One day, Bart and Milhouse get suspicious and follow her, eventually reaching a nudist beach where they find out the truth, and see Lisa naked with a bunch of others.
Milhouse faints, but Bart, finding it hilarious decides to torment Lisa. He comes out of hiding and confronts her with an mischievous grin. Lisa is extremely embarrassed and tries to hide herself, but the naturist group is offended by this, as their belief is that the body is nothing to be ashamed of.
Lisa tries to explain the situation, but upon hearing that Bart is her brother, they invite him into the group. Knowing it will further torment Lis, Bart gladly accepts, and strips off, joining the group.
Lisa is uncomfortable at first, and Bart continues to attempt to embarrass her in front of her group, but as the day goes on, Bart's presence bothers her less and less, much to Bart's annoyance.
Eventually, Lisa completely forgets about her exposed body, and some scenario, (maybe a frisbee game accident or sand castle building on all-fours,) means Bart gets a face full view of her dicky, sending Bart into a state of shock, and giving him an erection.
The naturist group is angered by this, as they believe Bart is tainting the purity of their group, or being a pervert or something. Bart is now the embarrassed one, and the group casts him out.
Lisa, in a moment of good will, joins with him in exile. In the heart-warming final scene they apologize to each other, hold hands, and walk away from the beach as the sun sets, still completely naked.
Final shot shows Milhouse coming around, only to find see nudists all stood around him. Insert joke here.
