No. It wasn't. The series is rich in moral and philosophical themes that invite viewers to contemplate the nature of humanity, ethics, identity, and the consequences of technological advancement. People genuinely gravitate towards these film at one point or another and it is not random. These are possibly one of the most relatable films of our current generation at this point in our timeline.
You could pick out any sequence from the films and you'd find something to relate to. Not just a scene but a state of mind. Most people here relate to the AI GF sequences. For me it's the never ending wageslaving and CELLS INTERLINKED.
