Unironically this.
Instead of being something that has the actual taste and culture of Africa and the countries inside it, it's just generic Disneyslop that will stop any and all Soul from entering it.
It'll just be watered down shit for African Americans who are fully hated by real African people

That's kinda my point when I said that blacks alone have many different shades there.
The only person I could see not fitting there is Asians and even then I've heard shit about China and Africa.
A big selling point of this is that they made it with an actual African studio. On paper I love the idea, but the end result is so bland looking, you’d have to wonder if it’s worth doing it with Disney since it ends up erasing so much of our local esthetics to make them generic and easily marketable.
Judging by everything I’ve seen it’s a classic western concept, down to the plucky girl, the boy sidekick, the rich/poor duo and the animal sidekick. The tech is generic, but everything is saved by having a Nigerian coat of paint.
That’s basically what Disney does. Giving a coat of paint to the usual same old shit.
It doesn’t strike me as being as authentic as it could have been is what I mean.
Is it part of the canon?
WE
Not since Frozen has there been a bigger concept art to finished product downgrade.
>t.cuck
Damn, it got Disneyfied as frick
That used to mean unrealistic sexy body proportions and beautiful girls
>believing twittercucks
Yeah if you were a pedophile
I remember this. It looked like an afrofuturism star-crossed lovers concept that I was kind of looking forward to.
Now it's afrofuturism Disney Junior, "Instantly forgettable" tier, set with your token animal/non-human mascot that no one will buy plushies for.
They'll batch-release it in a day, and call you racist for not liking it. When does it end?
This looks a million times better than this
But i do like the glowing glasses, those look cool
Iwaju to get dis shit outta here
It looks fine. I’m sure there’ll be kids (you know, the people it’s for) who like it
Kids hate woke shows
What's woke about this show? Go on
Disney

You think people of colored having any kind of spotlight makes it "woke." Thats why people think the alt-right are a bunch of clowns.
>obsessed with right-wingers
And forced diversity
I'm a little confused by what you mean in this case.
Like, Africa is frickoff huge with so many different shades of Black alone.
>ignoring white africans
It's set in Nigeria, not South Africa
That's kinda my point when I said that blacks alone have many different shades there.

meh
I thought someone went through the Dall-E ai generator when I first saw this.
Disney trying to get that Wakanda money with this soulless trash.
Comics?
Cartoons?
Newspapers have comics and cartoons in them dipshit.
It looks generic even for generic disney slop. wienery and arrogant girl with her useless male tag-along and the animal mascot to sell toys
Could've been kino as 2D. Could've been decent as better CGI.
After Strange World I don't know why they keep pumping money into this art style.
>2D woke show
No thanks
Literally the meme.
No, the literal meme was The Owl House.

>made with african studio
>end result is bland looking
9/10 white women agree this is what Africa will be like 400 years from now.
is that the villain at the top? He looks cool
