Police Story 3: Super Cop deserves a place on the top 5, way more than something like Rush Hour.
True, true. I didn't think rush hour deserved a top 5 of Jackie chan movies either but is hella funny and worth a mention either way.
Police story 2 was terrible for me, compared to the first one that I'm not sure I even watched 3, wasn't there a fourth too? Too many police stories to remember!
I grew up in the 80s watching him in his prime so that probably effects my judgement on his latest - quote, unquote "trash" films of late

Police Story 2 has some good scenes in it - the playground fight's a highlight. But yeah, it's no Police Story 1. 3 is amazing, it's the one with Michelle Yeoh that ends with that insane car chase/helicopter chase with Jackie holding on for dear life to the helicopter/train chase - it's one of the best sequences in any movie ever.

There's at least one great fight scene where Jackie ends up using a ladder as a deadly weapon in that one - can't remember much else about it though so it probably was mediocre other than that scene

Drunken Master 2 at least is a goddamn triumph and should totally be on your list. That said, Police Story 1 is fricking amazing and one of the greatest goddamn action movies ever made so at least you got that right.
I still need to see Operation Condor (I liked but didn't love the first Armor of God, okay. And there's so many fricking Jackie Chan movies it's hard to watch ALL the good ones)

I'll watch Operation Condor then. Would recommend you watch Police Story 3: Super Cop. I don't think it's quite as good as the original but holy shit the last 15-20 minutes are fricking AMAZING. Like, better than Buster Keaton-tier and I don't say that lightly

Make sure to get the original Cantonese version with decent subtitles. Harvey Weinstein recut it for America and honestly it's not the worst recut ever but you're way better off with the original cut.

You should definitely watch it's filled with action and it's funny. The beginning of the film is super funny. It was free on Youtube sometime in 2022, it may still be free to watch with ads on there.
I'll download it now! The best thing about Jackie chan is that he preforms all his stuns and in very dangerous situations, he's broken almost every bone in his body preforming such stunts. At the end of operation condor there's an out take of clips, I think most of his films has outtakes and it just makes the films even more special!

I couldn't make a top 5, honestly I think his best American movies Rush Hour and Shanghai Noon have better direction and humor overall than his Hong Kong ones. The Hong Kong movies have better stunts and action but everything else is pretty atrocious usually, but I did like Legend of Drunken Master, First Strike, Who Am I, Supercop, Armor of God 1/2
