>Jay's big idea for a good Godzilla movie is a movie where Godzilla isn't in it at all. A perfect Godzilla movie would tell the story of a family whose house was destroyed by Godzilla and they have to deal with the traumatic experience of living in a post-godzilla city.]
Kino?
>haha I have the opposite opinion of the fans because I’m so pretentious and smart
You guys do the same shit.
Markipler didn't said that
Sounds like shit. The worst parts of Godzilla movies are always the parts with just humans. Just watch a documentary on Swansea or something if you want to see that.
subtract the like 2 minutes of actual zilla screen time from the 2014 version and you basically got that.
did he actually say this?
No
He thought it
idk, but if he did there is probably more to it than the OP is describing.
idk, probably
I literally have no clue who that guy is, I mean I think hes some movie reviewing homosexual but maybe a director or something
He's part of RedLetterMedia. And he loves California Big Hunks.
in English, doc
That was English, you illiterate ESL cretin.
That movie having Godzilla, or giant monsters at all, does absolutely nothing to elevate the premise.
He loved Shin Godzilla and that's all about the monster, it's destruction, and the mitigation of it, so I don't know what you're babbling about.
Shin Godzilla was also overrated.
Jay did say it, but his opinion is constantly changing. He loved 2014 Godzilla because Godzilla was barely in it, but then shat on it when Godzilla vs Kong came out because a Godzilla movie should have big kaiju fights
this homosexual hates nudity in movies but attends lgbt pride parades.
that's just the plot of asadora though
He liked that movie about gayBlack person trannies in la, why is anyone surprised his opinions are moronic?
>Dude I enjoy the most grotesque and despicable movies imaginable but if there's a rape scene in there we're going to have a problem
> I love watching every capeshit movie, but Ready Player One is sexist, misogynistic, and problematic as hell. Let Rich take care of this shit.
>I love watching every capeshit movie, but a woman saying "I want to suck your wiener" is too problematic and misogynistic.
>Dude I enjoy the most grotesque and despicable movies imaginable, but Harrison Ford's performance of Han Solo is sexist, misogynistic, and problematic as hell. Han solo literally RAPED Princess Leia in the OT. But even worse is his performance in the original Blade Runner, which I think is a bad movie, filled with sexist bullshit like the romance between Deckard and Rachael, which is predatory, and especially the scene when Deckard forced himself on her, and basically rapes her, while the movie pretends the scene is supposed to be "romantic. Ugh. So problematic
>Dude I enjoy the most grotesque and despicable movies imaginable, but a nip slip in a shitty 80s movie was so shocking to me I almost had a heart attack
>Dude I enjoy the most grotesque and despicable movies imaginable, but Sigourney Weaver was objectified in the first Alien film which is why I prefer Alien 3 as the best Alien film because how different, weird and unique it is!
>Dude I enjoy the most grotesque and despicable movies imaginable, but a scene in Pink Flamingos with female nudity makes me wanna throw up. But a troony showing her wiener is such a beautiful scene captured on film though
>Dude I hate rape scenes in movies, but when it's a female on male rape from my favorite director James Gunn it's perfectly okay, it's also perfectly okay to make jokes about it and pedos!
>My favorite character is Norman "All women are prostitutes, kill all prostitutes, no nudity, I love dressing up as a woman" Bates - Jay Bauman
autism
Get some real friends, homosexual
The perfect Godzilla movie is where you only see humans on screen at the same scale you would Godzilla.
Cloverfield was pretty meh.
>Watches movies for a living
>Never seen The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Stupid little homosexual
>if you talk about movies on youtube, it is unacceptable to not have seen every movie ever made
Are you really this moronic?
>hasnt watched Raging Bull
>hasnt watched Good, Bad, Ugly
>hasnt watched Bond
why should I care what this capeslop addict thinks?
It's a genuinely great idea
The perfect Godzilla movie would have 30 different monsters being drawn to a city or island battling it out until the champion is crowned. Start out with two monsters then every 30 seconds a new one joins the fight.
Obviously Godzilla would enter early and go over everyone sending the fans home happy.
If done correctly yes.
>protagonist is put on hold for half the film trying to get through to insurance.
>A perfect Godzilla movie would tell the story of a Baskin-Roberts trust fund band
King of the monsters was the best legendary Godzilla movie. Perfect balance between monsters/human drama. First one having only 8 minutes of Zilla scree time and GvK being almost complete cgi action figures smashing into each other with some random human nonsense thrown in
Jay's boyfriend is 6'7, and Jay calls him "my kaiju."
>watching movie reviews
I literally have not done this in over 10 years
Slap and A24 label on it and it will get a nom. Pretentious boring asian dramas are in still
Sounds kinda lame. I think Gamera vs Iris told a story about someone after a kaiju attack without being a boring pretentious mess.
