No, Nick would be able to compete against Disney and Warner Bros and this makes sure Disney never shuts down Disney Animation Japan and Australia, meaning no Nick/CN rejects and Disney is still Disney.
For Warner Bros they will make sure that TMS/Telecom is used on Tiny Toons (who will be their answer to Shin-Ei's Doraemon) and Animaniacs (until Laura Haruna replaces the later as their answer to Shin-Ei's Shin-Chan) and not have them waste their talents on Bruce Timm shows (as those will be done by Spectrum instead who would still be in business), also Startoons will still be in business.
Plus no Avatar:TLA/Korra, Ren and Stimpy will still be made and Carbuncle will do every episode.

suggests. John K was fired September 1992 and by that time they were already airing Season 2 episodes. My guess would be 3 seasons at the most (with some of the later Season 2 episodes airing during Season 3), or they still inevitably fire John K.
