There are so many instances of him getting extremely butthurt when he perceives someone as not respecting his acting. I can only imagine the pain of being a living joke because you are fat, then losing weight, taking a few serious roles, and you still get jokes like, "Oh you smell nice, I wouldn't have expected that," and not being respected at all.

The real problem is that he wants all the rewards and recognition without doing any of the work. He wants to be taken seriously as an actor but doesn't put in the effort required and just wings it. He wants to lose weight so he gets liposuction and gains it all back within a few months. He's like this in all his endeavors. Look at his recent paintings for another example.
