Just came back from watching pic related. It was alright, but holy shit there were a frick ton of boomers at the theater. I think my friend and I were the only people who under 40. Was it the same at your kinoplex?

I work at a kinoplex and it's been a magnet for everyone. Boomers, grannies, Chads, Stacys, and even zoomers. Every demographic except the typical basedgay capeshit type is flocking to see this
When was the last normie movie that even Cinemaphile could get behind?
Probably the recent Mission Impossible movies
Based Tom does it again.
how would you describe the average capeshitter irl, anon?
Either skinnyfat or lardass fat, bearded, receding hairline, glasses, often tattooed, often wears those pop-irony shirts (the "Let's Summon Demons" or "Portal to the cat Dimension" kind of shirts) or random Marvel/Star Wars shirts. Usually their gfs are the male version of them and have even more tattoos.
Female version*
Well I guess male version works in troonymerica too
This is like the first non capeshit/SW movie to have cultural impact. Bravo Tom
It's a sequel of a 35 year old film, what did you expect?
I was one of the only people without gray hair when I saw this movie at my local theater. lol
>we can't use f-35s for this critical mission because reasons
I think they’d have struggled with pacing the movie if the jets kept braking down and halfway through the fleet got grounded.
F-35s cost $36,000 an hour to fly while Paramount reportedly paid over $11,000 an hour to fly the Super Hornets
The Navy wouldn't let them film inside an f-35. Paramount would have paid. It makes the story awkward.
The F-18 super hornet is better for flying/dogfighting and is faster than the F-35

Doesn’t look as cool
The f-35 has one engine. They would've been shot down instantly. F-22 is far better.
kek
a lot of good reasons
Doesn't matter, the f-14 stole the show.
Tom Cruise is a 5'6 manlet
Cope
Seethe
Infect with chinese virus
This usually happens when you don't just watch disneymarvelDC capeshit.
When I saw it yesterday, the theater broke out into applause and a man yelled "thank you Tom!" after his little pre-movie speech. It was gay but adorable.
yeah there were lots of older people.
It was a big audience, say half of it zoomers and the other half genXers mostly and a few boomers. Also surprisingly balanced between men and women.
Do black peoples enjoy this movie?
Maybe but probably not too interested. They are notorious in marketing circles for ignoring anything that doesn’t directly pander to them.
Just wait till you see Elvis. You'll probably see oxygen tanks.
my dead Grandma gonna be in there like Jack
I actually forgot about the Elvis movie. Definitely gonna watch it.
do you think paramount chief marketing officer domenic dimeglio is out partying with ezra miller while he pays you guys to shill here?
i don't give a frick about dominic decocco
it was like 65% boomers rest of the people were under 30 but mostly dudes
Yeah its mostly boomers and the young people we forced to come with us (my son)
When Ed Harris says, "Your kind of person is going extinct, Maverick!". And then Maverick turns to the camera and says, "Maybe... but not today!".
Then the whole story ends up being about how the old white guy is actually still the best and that's fine. It made me like the supporting characters more, not less.
This movie is what Luke Skywalker deserved.
The AI is not doing my vision justice.
Your callow brethren were all at the Jurassic World Dominion screens
>that part where he shows them how to do the canyon run
They should've had danger zone playing through that scene.
no they shouldn't have
where can i find more information on this phenomenon?
Your mother's analhole
>not mighty wings
>
Hitting those G's on the climb out... SHEEEEESH
Only gripe with this kino is the ending son. Should have brought back Berlin
Really didn't need the penny character.
Its a movie about letting go and finding a new happy life.
for me it was the split S into the canyon at the start
>that roll into the dive
>the G's hitting and the shock collar forming
>me banking my head in my seat as he carves through the canyon
I teared up watching this movie, thank you Tom for bringing back Hollywood, nationalism and anti wokenes
Didn't paid attention but it was packed full
