I scrolled the list of their talent and from what I can tell, 90% of it is most likely actually people who just started streaming or Youtubing, got blown up by the algorithm or just had content that went viral, and then the talent agency swooped in and offered to take them on contract in order to make money by managing and pimping them out. That's what talent agencies do.
