I know what you're thinking: there's something off with the faces, everything looks subtly off and inhuman, the artstyle varies wildly with each version. But you've got to understand that that's just how thirdie productions are: they're all cheap tat

Disagree, Moscow Meow will always be my favourite for the cinematography and animation quality alone. It's a bit of a normie filter due to the plot, but I don't think any animated film since has reached those heights.

You have to agree that adventures in Greece were also amazing. Didn't think Zeus would help them to find that kitty's owner.

It was fine, sure, but I really didn't like how the outsourced the Mount Olympus stuff. I guess the animation style being completely different gives it more of an ethereal vibe but I just think it looks childish and low effort compared to the rest of the movie.

Wasn't a fan of Americats. Maybe it's the setting, but it just felt souless. Normally I hate movies that suddenly add time travel to them, but cats 4 really handled it well.

Wow, this is amazing. You can tell how the first movie is so unlike the others that it feels different from its sequels, like Terminator. Then, 1-4 are the GREAT ones, 5 is the "meh" sequel, & 6 is the absolute dogshit DTV crapfest that the Cats of Istanbul fandom pretends to not exist.

Are you 10 years old? What's wrong with 1? Too much drama, not enough kitties? The original one isn't supposed to be actually about cats, if you couldn't tell.

1 is the best CoI film because Abibi serves as comedic relief to a more serious story, and is not the focus of the story itself. You are like those phillistines who think Captain Jack is the main character of the pirates of the carribean trilogy.

There was a sequence set in India in Cats 4 but they cut it after the backlash to the Temple of Doom.

Selim's daughter adopts him, and his other cats. You can see him in the background in the scene when Azra visits her.
If you mean why he doesn't show up in the rest of the series, it's likely because while he has plenty of screentime, he has only a single line in the scene when Selim copes by imagining the cats talking to him.
