>mfw I went to see 1984 just because he was in it and I thought it was hilarious the studio recognized he was ironically the best part of Wonder Woman so they brought back his dead character
Well I wouldn’t call it banter because the white cop never let up on the Indian insults and it was never reciprocated by his partner. His partner was clearly exacerbated by it.
Then there was the scene in the casino with the Comanche.
Then there was the interview with the witness at 1:25 >could you tell me their race, black, white? >their skin or their souls?
>Then there was the scene in the casino with the Comanche.
Not racist.
>could you tell me their race, black, white? >their skin or their souls?
Again not racist, just some cheesy dialogue no real bank robbery witness would ever say.
>calling a random stranger who is Native American “chief” isn’t racist >inferring white people who commit crimes have black souls when being asked directly about race isn’t racist
Get real.
I haven't but it speaks of the vacant headed unoriginality of how things are made now, there is very little brain activity going on in the heads of "creatives" and a random phrase sounds good enough, a phrase that beckons back to a time of soulful humanity being trotted out in the age of the mediocre deadmen

Sicario is fantastic, but Hell or High Water belongs in the same category as Luke Combs or Miranda Lambert - it's white trash but not in the good way that Lynyrd Skynyrd is white trash.
I thought it was overrated. Just an extremely simple and straightforward movie, nothing wrong with that. Then I saw people were saying it was top 10 of that year. I liked it because small town America is cool to non Americans, but there wasn't much too it.
I like Hell or High Water more but consider Wind River a little better. Both are mega based. Sicario is good too, a worse script but with better direction.
I remember watching and enjoying it and I also cannot remember 90% of the movie so it's probably like 7/10. They kill the sheriffs partner and then the crazy brother dies and it ends with the sheriff and the main guy just having an awkward conversation.
you think that Wind River is superior
you thought it was one of the best movies ever
wrong
Holy fricking wrong, Bridges, Foster and Pine vs Renner and a roastoid? You have to be kidding.
You forgot someone.
A schlocky 7/10 with a good soundtrack and excellent supporting actors
Wrong.
I unironically enjoy Wind River more
They are similar in quality, I'd say Wind River is a little better though.
Wind River is better solely because of that hot piece of Native ass that the plot revolves around.
Zero fricking chance.
pic related is only thing good about that movie
Man this shit was great. Pine is the best actor right now
>mfw I went to see 1984 just because he was in it and I thought it was hilarious the studio recognized he was ironically the best part of Wonder Woman so they brought back his dead character
All memes aside, are parts of Texas actually as racist against non-whites as portrayed in the movie?
Don't remember any racism in the movie except for a little banter between Whites and American Indians.

I thought there was more but can’t remember.
You sound like a gigantic homosexual.
>comes to movie board
>gets triggered by discussion of movie and shitposts about it adding nothing of value
Many such cases.
Bot post.
The best one was the old cowboy in the bank:
>what y’all doing?
a bank old man.
>but you ain’t even mexicans!
>Then there was the scene in the casino with the Comanche.
Not racist.
>could you tell me their race, black, white?
>their skin or their souls?

Weak b8 m8
>he never heard of the term "black souls"
moronic zoomzoom trying to patronize groups that he doesn't belong to, I see.
Bro, if you’re injun you get called “Chief” all the time in jail by everyone.
t. injun
what were you in jail for? too much fire water?
Aggravated Assault
have you burried the hatchet and smoked the peace pipe with the guy you assaulted?
You thought it was a great modern western with a little bit too much melodrama from time to time.
the title is gay and like something a shitty nu person would come up with, I wouldn't watch it because of how gay the title is
Never heard the phrase "Come Hell or high water(...)"?
I haven't but it speaks of the vacant headed unoriginality of how things are made now, there is very little brain activity going on in the heads of "creatives" and a random phrase sounds good enough, a phrase that beckons back to a time of soulful humanity being trotted out in the age of the mediocre deadmen
It’s not random phrase homosexual and it fits perfectly in the area the movie took place in. Don’t ever post again.
You think this shit is good, how embarrassing
neither is that shit director, Sicario is the only tolerable thing he's done
Lmao, you hate Villenueve too? How much lower can zoomers sink?
You sound like a well adjusted person completely comfortable with who you are and free of anger.
you sound like someone who gets their zingers from feminist streaming slop
>being happy is a feminist thing
>using the word “zinger”
Now this is just sad…
>I know nothing about the name of the movie, the area it takes place in, or what sex feels like
>but I can’t not post
Are these bot posts?
No, there is a dude on here lately who obsessed with calling put what he perceives as hackery etc, problem is his taste sucks.
He's unironically right
>hell or high water is a new term
Zoomers were a mistake.
Chris Pine is relentlessly handsome
Tanner is that homie
Taylor Sheridan is the king of midkino.
Above average dadslop.
Slopkino.
Sicario is fantastic, but Hell or High Water belongs in the same category as Luke Combs or Miranda Lambert - it's white trash but not in the good way that Lynyrd Skynyrd is white trash.
>Sicario is fantastic
Shit i forgot he wrote that. The Frenchman elevated it though. Sheridan on his own is not that good.
It would've been perfect if it wasn't for the blatant in your face BANKS R BAD transitions
Okay Schlomo.
>they commit a robbery
>a bunch of random civilians in pickup trucks chase after them
based Texans
Weren't they just trying to rip off the vibe of No Country For Old Men?
I do not like Ben Foster in my kinos
He is kino though...
Best part of that movie.
For me it's the chubby waitress
I thought it was overrated. Just an extremely simple and straightforward movie, nothing wrong with that. Then I saw people were saying it was top 10 of that year. I liked it because small town America is cool to non Americans, but there wasn't much too it.
Did you really watch all of that in one sitting?
overrated trash for homosexuals
Tyler Perry shit for whites
>Tyler Perry shit for whites
Kek, this is a good way to describe Sheridanslop.
damn, I'm using that
Forgettable
I like Hell or High Water more but consider Wind River a little better. Both are mega based. Sicario is good too, a worse script but with better direction.
You're wondering if you would do the same thing if you were in their shoes.
Taylor Sheridan's best of his 3 before he sold out.
also the most based of the three
>Macenzie (literally who) better than Villenueve
"No!"
>Villenueve
that homosexual lost all his cred already

Dune is his first meh movie, but Zendaya isn't the problem, you dumb chud.
The problem is that the visual style is all wrong and the drama is inert.
>chud
opinion discarded

I like it. My grandpa is obsessed with it. His favorite movie to watch. especially during or before taking trip, he’ll watch it
