Just saw it.
This whole thing feels like a mash up of shit that redditors think it's "cool".

The director hates Black folk so I think its based.
qrd on this
His friend tried to kill herself over harassment she got for using the Black person word in some old text messages, so he used the movie's official Twitter account to dox the black women who harassed her.
revenge only a soigoy would like
Deathgasm was wildly kino as well
The correlation of sincerity, large emotions, or any kind of silliness at all with 'reddit' has been a disaster for the Cinemaphile website.
>relating to anything positively and not having exclusively negative things to say and shit political takes is Reddit. >EVERYTHING THAT ISNT EDGY IS REDDIT
newbies, especially 2016-polgays (yes, election tourists all are newbies by definition) love to stay completely ignorant of the fact that much of the culture of Reddit and much of the greater internet was born right here on Cinemaphile. Yeah of course Reddit, which started out like a more streamlined version of this place, but went to absolute bonkers levels of shit a decade ago due to being disgustingly one-sided philosophically, politically, etc.
What’s really nuts to me is that this place is older than a lot of the homosexual Mexican American and thin-framed glasses wearing chinlet teenagers mucking up the entire site and giving it a worse reputation than ever. If only we knew how good we had it back in the mid-2000s when you could actually have awesome conversations with anonymous strangers on a daily basis. Yeah it’s not like this place was ever not a cesspool but it was at least consumable compared to how things are now.
nah hes got some decent points, maybe exaggerates how many election tourists there really
I haven't seen this movie. How's he supposed to reload or fix a malfunction or chamber a new round? It looks like the guns are nailed to his hand.
He's not. The guns are nailed to his hand by the villain and he has 2 huge magazines but when they're done he's fricked
more fricked than having guns nailed to your hands? hows he supposed to do literally anything?
>hows he supposed to do literally anything?
That's the comedy of the movie
It wasn't bad if you knew what to expect. I don't really remember much from it and I don't know if I'd enjoy a rewatch though.
Decent drunk sunday movie 6/10
I thought it was a fun time and I think Radcliffe is pretty funny
7/10 went in with low stakes and low expectations
I thought it was a really fun movie. Fun movies are hard to come by now, so I appreciate it even more. Get the stick out of your ass, OP.
My most hated movie I can remember seeing, just ahead of Good Time
Excellent bait
Babbys first b8 more like
eh it was pretty decent but the video game references shit felt really forced
It was okay. Samara and Daniel did a great job with the script and saved it.
Yeah it's definitely a Reddit core movie to appeal to that audience who still shops at Hot Topic and collects Funko pops, but for what it was it was stupid fun. Picrel was hot as always
More like Guns Akino
Cinemaphile loved this movie when it came out and wouldn't shut up about it. One of the worst pieces of shit I've seen in years. Frick this board.
Filtered
I accept your concession.
is he a good actor or not. it's hard to tell because it feels like everything he's done after harry potter is him doing "weird" stuff where he doesn't need to act like an actual person
He's a good actor and is so filthy rich off of Harry Potter royalties that he really only does acting gigs he finds "fun" for shits and giggles.
>t. redditor
Funny how the movie is about an internet troll getting his just dessert and in real life the director goes off the hinge on twitter over internet troll sjws being b***hes.
If I ever become famous for any reason I'm still never going to have a Twitter and I will tell the media flat out it's because it's a cesspool.
It's kind of embarrassing when British actors try to play badass gun-wielders. You know they had to take a 6 week crash course because they don't know the difference between an action and a hammer. You know a big american/slav/italian man was standing behind them touching their shoulders at the range, and their little twig bodies shook as they took their first shot (into the ceiling) and they went PHWWOAAHRR *giggle*. You know that as soon as that photoshoot is over, six gays in hats burst through the door shouting OI YOU OI YOU and it takes three hours to explain to the "police" that they're props and it's for a movie. You know they shudder and laugh when they put the guns down on the counter. You know if you asked them to clean a gun they'd think you just asked them to build a rocket ship from scratch. You know they don't read Gun Digest on the shitter. You know they close their eyes when they shoot. They have no idea what they frick their are doing, they might as well be on mars. It's like watching a pasty highschool math nerd play a drug dealer or a DJ or something.
The whole plot of the film is the fact that he doesn't know how to shoot worth shit and is just running and crying from everyone for half the fricking thing. Did you even watch it?
No.
Then shut up.
That's the plot for like one scene then he starts killing hardened routine killers.
the only manlet action star i want to watch is Tom
i never saw this, i assumed it was like hardcore henry which took me forever to actually see
Not really like Hardcore Henry. Has more of a plot and neat visual effects. A lot of unrealistic deaths and shit though. At one point Daniel Radcliff is launched full speed through a fricking windshield in a car wreck and some how just crawls out of the passenger seat unharmed.
