Just wacthed Blue eye samurai and realized that the bad guy, Fowler, is the same character, with the same motivations and the same dumb plan than Walker, the bad guy of TMNT 3 film, wtf.

I thought you were bullshiting but it's the exact same motivation and plot
    >Walker was a bloodthirsty weapons-dealer who often spoke of his joy for killing, despite this he had an uneasy alliance with Lord Norinaga in Feudal Japan, who he was providing with guns and cannons by which to gain unjust power.

Same, it's odd how Blue eye samurai is mostly samurai champloo meets TMNT 3

Don't compare that Mary Sue garbage to Champloo, please.

Mary sue have the same motivations than Fuu and the same design that Jin. I think is pretty obvious they were "inspired" by champloo

a single person regularly deletes entire squads of samurai and a whole whooping gang alone, but not a mary sue

She got stabbed in critical points and cut several times in the assault to the castle, she got a foot perforated and still able to walk. Samurai champloo have the main characters hurt and having a healing time before continue the story.

    Why?

I learned from watching this show that there is nothing more powerful in the world than a white man and that having white genes makes you a super human.

      Based.
White people are above all the petty squabbles the Japanese where doing to each other.

I mean, if you're like a white guy with decent muscle mass and have European tactics and knowledge, you would be considered superhuman in most undeveloped nations, barring maybe the Middle East and northern China. It's kind of hard to understate how rare tactics were in the rest of the world
it's why Shaka Zulu gets wanked for the brilliant idea of “Hey instead of dancing around and LARPing with our enemies, how about we kill them?”.

I couldn’t even attempt to watch it when they kept mispronouncing Kyoto.

same, a lot of pronunciation was odd as frick. When the prostitutes said they followed the Nakasendo, the pronunciation broke my suspension of disbelief

Honestly I blame growing up watching Rurouni Kenshin on toonami, really activated my almonds when they fricked it up that it did.

I spent some months in japan for work and did the nakasendo route last year, so I heard the "nakasendo" word several times. It's odd that a high budget animated show don't spent some resources on good pronunciation

If it was just the motivation and plot, I actually might have been able to dismiss as mere coincidence, but the fact that they have the same skin tone, eye color, hair, and build is just too much. It feels like Fowler was based off a bad guy from the third-TMNT movie

Does he also have an Irish accent tho

English but still, he has a similar dynamic to what Fowler had with Heiji

eh, maybe pretty clever and imaginative if never saw TMNT3. Movie plot is OK, the only problem is the shoddy time travel thing and the budget that make it look like a tv movie.
