that show doesn't have last episodes though, just some hour-longs compilation of flashbacks intersected with shots of people looking at their phones
For a long time, most if not all kdramas were made with a live shoot system. They start with some completed buffer episodes, but shit happens so it can get very down to the wire, to the point where episodes initially air in an incomplete state or an episode's script is finalized as it's being shot. It's a pretty stressful system. I remember Hotel del Luna had a couple episodes that first aired with incomplete SFX. Han Ye-seul famously ran away from the Spy Myung-wol set because of how demanding it got. While it does allow crews to adjust for better ratings/reception, there's loads of examples of dramas going off the rails because of rewrites, writer swaps, episode extensions/cuts, cast member dropping out, etc.
Nowadays, pre-produced dramas are a bit more common. I think Decedents of the Sun was one of the first big successes that helped pave the way.
i remember watching another miss oh weekly and they were filming at the same time.
they had to change the script because the rating were so good they got 2 more episode to fill from 16 to 18.

If you like Lee Yu Ri acting insane, then absolutely.
It's like an outrageous comedy, even if it starts pretty slowly. Things quickly escalate into stupid territory and characters act progressively more insane as it goes on. There's also some sad moments to add some variety
