Same as Uncle Ben, we've seen it twice in the current life span of even Zoomers so frick it. Maybe Holland-Man 4/5 will set it up since Spidey crosses over with then a lot.

100%, brings us closer to more interesting elements of their larger universe and supporting cast

Make Reed and the rest kidnap the rocket in the 60's, and come back to earth on the present.

      Unironically this
Make all their tech look retrofuturistic despite being extremely advanced too, would look so fricking cool to see shit that looks like it was invented in the 60s

If the rumor is true that they'll be explorers rather than proper super heroes then we'll finally be in for some kino

Probably for the best since it removes the temptation to tie the movie's villain in with the team's origin, but I do think there are some interesting ways you could approach it in a modern context. Like Reed could be working for a SpaceX/Blue Origin type company instead of the government.

They've said this before with films that turned into origin movies

Well they already did the origin thing three times plus made them teenagers in the last attempt so making them a family would be a little more fresh, take inspiration from the Jonathan Hickman comics run. And even if he was a variant the Krasinski Reed mentions he has kids so that could be a hint at the direction they're taking the MCU F4.

I hope they do the same thing with the X-Men where they're already established and are using the second team from the comics but unlike the Fox movies it's treated as much more of an ensemble instead of it being all Wolverine and everyone else underdeveloped.

there was one of the cancelled scripts I saw in a video going over the F4 and all the cancelled attempts at adapting them and I wanted that
    >introduce them by following a random family and groups of people as they go thru the Baxter building on tour there and they would see a info video going over how the F4 got their powers and it would be done in the style of Kirby then it would transition to there adventures and soon cut away to them fighting the green monster on the first issues in real life
    would've been kino

sure. we're going to probably get a short montage at the beginning just to bring people up to speed, but I think everyone's familiar enough with the F4 that we don't need another origin story.

the FF's origin is extremely silly by today's standards and for fricks sake origin movies are tiresome
