Because everybody's unfortunately sleeping on it despite the fact that the main heroine is voiced by Peni Parker herself, as well as the fact that the series has 3 ex-"Summer Camp Island" writers (Kent Osborne, Sarah Lloyd, and Quinn Scott).

The thing I'm most surprised by is how such a slow, boring, non-challenging, non-funny, ugly-looking show as Summer Camp Island got this many episodes/seasons. There's no chance it ever turned into anything greater after its first season, right? I watched the first season and hated it.

For me, I personally feel like "Kiff" should honestly be the one that should have a ginormous fanbase/fandom right now instead of "Summer Camp Island". (Despite the extremely intense irony that BOTH "Kiff" and "Summer Camp Island" are cartoons that take place on an island)

Actually, that episode was written by Claytia Gonsalves, not Kent Osborne or Sarah Lloyd or Quinn Scott.
A reasonable answer is that Kiff isn't airing new episodes at the moment (along with H&G and MGDD), as shows with new weekly episodes (TGAMM and HOI) get more commercials and Internet promotion opposed to shows currently on hiatus
