I don't think Gog will go schizo. If anything, she'll be overjoyed - this shit is probably the biggest upset she's ever witnessed in all of the resets she's been through. Gog by her own admission is incredibly bored and incredibly tired of the stupidity of her juniors, Jagganoth/Zoss/Metatron's wild ride, and just generally having to sit by and watch all her accomplishments crumble away. She only stands by and observes because she's seen every iteration of the cycle over and over and over again, and simply no longer cares because she knows every outcome.
Allison and now Nukoku are probably some of the most interesting things she's ever seen in any reset thus far. If anything, she'd want them to keep being totally batshit by being themselves just to have a constant source of live entertainment until the multiverse gets reset.
I disagree because while Gog is bored af, she is interested in her survival to the next cycle. An individual tanking her worm powers is a sign of real change, a deviation from the script she's observed for kalpa, and maybe a threat to her predicted future. Should she eliminate the threat? Watch Allison rip up the timeline and possibly change too much even though Allison is the most interesting thing she's seen yet? I don't think Gog's worm brain can take it.

Even then that new Allison will be different from her present Allison, and if Zoss gives new Allison his key again, it's all over.

I thought Gog was offering a memory save state, so if things reset again Allison knows what'll happen next. Won't Nukoku just eat the thing, probably not die, and then just stand around outside the plot? Nukoku is acting like this is more active time travel.
General consensus is that eating the worm results in the host identity slowly being assimilated. Nukoku will be around, but all will watch her gradually become Gog. I think Nukoku is treating the worm as a save state from which she can detach from in the next cycle and go live the life she feels she should have had.
Allison already turned it down a few times, feels weird to have the two fight over taking it or not letting the other take it when either way it is planning on losing, and if they win it's basically pointless at best and negatively eating their personality at worst.
It's weird because once the shock of the situation blew over, you realize that there can be only one conclusion: somebody, likely new coke, eats the worm.
