>WE SERVE KIER, YOU CHILD
y-yes mommy
Her breasts were huge
i want her to give me a waffle party
I loved it too. But I'm sure it will be disappointing once they open the mystery box.
i think Lumon is lobbying to sever all the citizens to make them better voters and workers, and Marks qt wife, lives in the houses that petey said where in the building, she was taken from mark to try and control him as an experiment to see if they could do that sort of thing to the rest of the citizens of the country
i could see "you will own nothing and be happy!" types foaming at the mouth about something like this
Yea I don't really understand that. Initially I was under the impression that the reason they sever people is because the work they do has them dealing with sensitive information that they don't want getting out. But if the goal is to convince everyone to sever that doesn't really make sense. I mean I'm sure they're lying about the reasons why they want to sever people but that's how they're selling it isn't it?
The mystery box of the severed floor. What the frick they're actually doing down there. What the purpose of it all is. The problem to me is that eventually they'll have to reveal the secret but at the same time once they do the show is basically over. They can't have the show without the severed floor and that doesn't work without the mystery. At least to me that's the main appeal. I don't think I would really want to keep watching if it was just topside world stuff.
i think they're gonna sell it to the normies as work sucks what if you didnt have to think about it? then parenting sucks, driving sucks, wtc to have people with multiple severs to only have the fun brain as their main brain
and for the mystery box, i think the numbers dont mean anything, they're just testing the subjects
Yea I also got the impression that it's some sort of weird experiment about social engineering mixed with religious indoctrination. But then Milchick lost his shit when Dylan stole the laminated card thing and was terrified of it getting out. Why would he care if it means nothing? I suppose it could have all just been for them to introduce overtime contingency.
when i saw that bit about the card, i thought the show would go into a loop direction where every x amount of time they made everyone fight lmao
then switch the teams up, like a type of Dark City
there's a cultish aspect to it as well. When Jame and Helena is in the bathroom he says something like "everyone in the world will have one, and they'll all be Kier's children"
It's kind of a shame because it would have been a perfect, self contained miniseries if they had just done one more episode to answer the question of "what's really going on" and been done with it.
The grand mystery was never the most compelling thing about the show-- it was the tension between the severed/unsevered selves, the atmosphere, and everything else.
It feels like there's nothing left except cleaning up the plot. Unless they memory wipe everybody who woke up on the outside, how do you put that cat back in the bag?
>The grand mystery was never the most compelling thing about the show
To me it kind of is. I think I would have actually enjoyed the show if it was just the work side of things. That's why I think I'll be disappointed. Because I almost can't imagine what they could possibly reveal for it to not be disappointing.
I'd like to open Helly's mystery box iykwim
I'd like to stay after hours and sniff her office pumps
I miss going to the office so much bros
>mystery box
What mystery box? The show already has showed that Lumon wants to sever everybody, it's already showed that Severance is being used for nefarious purposes even outside of employment (with the pregnant woman), and it's already shown that Lumon has more control over Severed people than just their work lives. What's the grand mystery that you're so worried won't be solved?
9/10 it was okay
being the worker half of a severed employee was over-characterized as LITERAL FRICKING HELL so its kinda impossible to understand why no one is gouging eyes, ripping off faces, biting clawing and gnashing to either get out or cease to exist. which leads one to think the first season was all about how the various employees were mind-controlled into not screaming/clawing/biting anything/everything.
idk they all seemed happy until Helly came along and made them realize how bad it actually was. Petey was holding the place together.
what kind of dancing would Milchick have done if Helly chose Spooky Ambient for the MDE?
probably some wild arm wiggling like hes a ghost and i know he would hide his face in his elbow like dracula at some point, my homie Milchick
for me though its thoughtful grunge
What are maximized rhythms?
You shills really are evolving but still cannot help but suck wiener.
The post would be more natural without the Ben Stiller bit.
meds. i had to look for a severance thread last week and i was not happy. im glad im not the one who start threads, morons like you always fricking whine
imagine falling for shillish tricks
most of the image posts on Cinemaphile come from screenshots of particular scenes.
i'll concede it is a bit strange that 95% of the severance posts on Cinemaphile use the same official poster for the thread image. probably some shilling but it deserves the attention regardless.
>severance is cool
>google severance
>First two image results is literally this picture
>Guy on little computer instead of brain in cut open head shot not only gets the point across but looks cool
>down
>or
>Copy
>Paste into Cinemaphile X
It really isn't that hard. Every other day I see some moron kveching about shills because an anon used the first google image result for their thread. I'd love to be that oblivious to how the world works too
>because an anon used the first google image result for their thread
That wasn't why this was called a shill thread though.
>it is a bit strange that 95% of the severance posts on Cinemaphile use the same official poster for the thread image.
Literally stated this.
>most of the image posts on Cinemaphile come from screenshots of particular scenes.
really? Show me your statistics behind this then anon, wheres the spreadsheet you made documenting this trend and where did you pull the data from that proves this? Oh wait out your own ass. Yeah sounds about right
OP here, 100% heterosexual, i missed out on all the threads cause i wasnt caught up yet and didnt want to get spoiled
its literally the first image that pops up when you look up severance on google and just download it to start the thread
This. The "hype" for this show is the most astroturfed bullshit, it's literally cliff hanger the show with ur regular pozzed shit thrown in
>You can't take them yet, they're not ready. It isn't time!
One of the weird waffle sex dancers had a goat head on.
goat dancer represents malice, one of the four tempers tamed by Kier. Probably unreated to the goat department which is there for cloning/testing.
holy frick its the waffle party
its reverse pinocchios pleasure island
the workers are all baby goats that grow into humans and make more docile workers/citizens
For me, its Natalie
>the board would like you to speak first
>shit eating, smarmy, grin.
God I hate her as a character, but damn is she hot.
Can I get a qrd on this show? Need something new
The less you know the more interesting it will be. Watch the first episode. If it doesn't hook you no reason to keep watching.
