Because you’re racist and hate the great diversity western media is finally getting? Yeah no surprises there, keep enjoying your bigoted Korean crap though
based
I am currently watching
My liberation dairy
It's great if you like My mister
I don't get this webm
what was she trying to accomplish?
nothing. it just a cute bug being cute
a rare good looking bug lady
That??
show is comfy lad
congrats on having good taste
comfy bug series
check out heirs if you are really into slop or master's sun for some comfy fun
>A young woman who can see ghosts finds a safe haven when she touches the hand of a pompous CEO; in return for her safety, she promises to help him solve the mystery surrounding his girlfriend's death.
sounds zany
its hard to pinpoint the genre
its cutesy with some jump scare horror moments while trying to solve a mystery
>master's sun
I liked this, good OST song by Tasha too, really surprising since she was always promoted as rapper
Is it true that the kpop thread can fill it within 10 minutes?
not the /wsg/ one, but the Cinemaphile ones, yes
why do the bugs and weeabo flood it?
it so weird.
It's like vintage b in term of speed
the ost for master's sun was incredible
ost for korean shows are almost on par production with the show itself, the guest singers

very nice, yeah, I love kdrama OSTs, almost always excellent
here's another favorite from Misaeng, then I'll stop before we turn into Cinemaphile
I don't know, it's pretty crazy though. I really only learned about it because there was some drama that was spilling over into Cinemaphile from there
I wish the K thread tv was as popular
>because there was some drama that was spilling over into Cinemaphile from there
qrd?
femanon, maybe underage, chats with boomeranon about kdramas. Other anons get mad, claim boomeranon is grooming. femanon and boomeranon move to Cinemaphile to talk about whatever kdrama they were watching, other anons follow and harass them.
So for some random Cinemaphile anon, you'd think 'oh great, a kdrama thread, and people are actually posting!' but it was mostly just them going back and forth while random /kpg/-ers called them pedos, groomer, prostitute, etc.
oh, it was 2521 they were watching at the time, I don't know what's happened since.
why are weebs so weird
nta, when did this happen?
a year ago? maybe two? can't really remember
I'm watching My Demon right now and its pretty good. Hopefully this will be on par with Crash Landing and My 21
Watching sweet home, so far I'm not liking it...
It’s not really good. I don’t understand the appeal.
It’s even more jarring when you have imagine dragon blasting out of no where.
Frick you guys that shit was kino as hell
Agreed its fricking kino
Tried to get my missus to watch it last year (we never watched Korean stuff) and she said no.
Started watching it last night after a year of Kdramas and she's like:
"Oh that's the guy from Mouse"
"That's the girl from Celebrity"
Didn't bat an eyelid about watching it either.
Me too op
<3
Let's watch together
For me it was 2521
Gonna start watching My Demon when it's halfway through.
I recommend Twinkling Watermelon, See you in my 19th life, Masked Girl, The Glory for kdramas from this year
Another miss oh
All of us are dead was a fairly comfy, entertaining watch for netflix slop but as with almost all westernised k-shit I've seen, it left me with a peculiar uncanny feeling. Something about koreans' ability to accurately mimic western tv style is enough to draw you in to consoom but is ultimately unfulfilling and almost devoid of any sovl. I don't get this with decent jap anime like aot, logh etc (and train to busan being a notable exception as well imo).
Probably an unfair over generalisation of sk media from shitty k-slop I've seen but felt like mentioning it anyway.
> Korean show
> character from a super wealthy family who owns a popular company is an incorruptible good guy
>watching Dark, a Korean show on Netflix
>have to turn down the volume whenever the female lead is crying (every half a hour) because the noise she's making irritates me so much
Too bad it's mostly written by self inserting bitter cat ladies. Most are either
>Poor, boring, mediocre looking woman get good looking, rich, charismatic man after he falls for her at first sight
Or
>Mean boy ignore girl for 10 episodes, mean boy become not mean and beg girl to be girlfriend for final 6 episodes
All wish fulfilment slop. You watch this shit you're either a huge mangina or a lonely cat lady yourself
>watching korean tv show
>genuinely can't tell any of the characters apart if the actors are below 40 years old
not trying to be racist
it takes me until the show is almost over to get everyone's names down
come on it's not that hard to tell sung-pak and pak-sung and kim-sung and sung-kim from each other
What are some really depressing k-dramas to watch? Feeling the blues recently
just watch movie Cruel Winter Blues
or watch cdramas instead, most people drop them because how depressing dramas are
https://mydramalist.com/21032-the-rise-of-phoenixes
Same
I'm watching Sweet Home season 2 right now
Completely fricking disappointed with this compared to s1
Reminder to watch "Happiness"
Korean slop really is for the braindead.
Definitely not for a thinking man.
