Sure he would. Kendall's drug fueled mental breakdowns are in the first place a result of his personhood being detached from the one thing that gives or he thinks give his life meaning which is becoming the proper heir to Logan. Once that is reconciled by becoming CEO he's golden
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, but I unironically think this would be the case. Kendall has shown himself to be stupendously influenced by structure and environment. The bad side of this is that when he loses structure and is in a bad environment, without a clear narrative, he immediately turns to drugs and other self sabotage. However, when he's within a clear structure he excels, e.g. zombie kendall being an unstoppable killer for most of S2 and then Kendall at the end of S4 totally crushing it until shiv pulls the rug out from under him. The structure and 'narrative' support of finally becoming CEO, I think, would probably enable him to reach some kind of a flow state.

she definitely didn't lose but they spent multiple episodes pointing out how much time she was spending with the lawyer setting stuff up before she and Logan were back together. Plus as you mentioned back in season 1 she suddenly gets her son into Parks which everyone is a little taken aback by but then it is never addressed again. To me it feels like her character had a lot more plot and for some reason it got cut out of the final product.
marcia is definitely one of the major plothtreads that was dropped, back when i was watching the show there was like 4 or 5 different things, I think Logan's sister mightve been one
