Every experiment using atomic clocks makes attempts to shield them from environmental factors (vibration, temperature, etc) since they could affect the results. You're not as smart as you think you are.
they did that in like the eighties or seventies. you just synchronize two atomic clocks and put one on a plane. after the flight the plane clock will be slow by a few microseconds.
