People are emotionally vulnerable, unless they've gone full psycho. Even Hyde had emotional vulnerabilities in this story, let alone the wrecks that are Nemo and Quartermain.

I love LoEG, especially the Nemo books and the bonkers worldbuilding that goes into the supplementary material (theory video for discussion purposes:)
But I never got the deal with Mina. She's obviously scarred from her experience in Dracula but it seems there's almost nothing of Stoker's character in there. There's some references to Jonathan but none to Lucy or anyone else, the bites on her neck seem more savage than the classic puncture wounds but she lacks the crescent-shaped scar on her forehead Mina gets towards the end of the books and Moore seems to imply it was just rape (classic Moore) by some foreigner and not a supernatural vampire bite. Honestly I'd say she's the biggest departure from her character in the novel, and I don't really know why cause she seems kinda flat especially getting into the later stuff.

Mina needs to get her fat vampire milkers pumped. I love the idea of a frumpy Victorian lady becoming a loose vampire and living to the present. She's taken so many dicks and eaten so much ass by now. She's perfect.
Going from the movie to the comics was like a cold wet slap in the face. Gotta say I wasn't a fan of all the weird sex stuff. Kinda just prefer something more like the movie where there's cool steampunky action.
